Location, spacious room and great breakfast.
Pros:

Location was close to subway, breakfast was delicious and room was spacious and clean. Staff were helpful.

Cons:

There was no fitness centre and the rooms require uplift.

If I'm in Tokyo, and wish to live in an area close to all major attractions. This is a great spot.
Pros:

We got a city facing room which was clean at all times. The breakfast was super tasty and allowed a wide variety/selection of items. The location is right next to Zojo-ji temple and Tokyo tower which provides a beautfiul locality. All major lines in Tokyo were accessible with stations very close to us within 2-5mins of walking. They also helped us with a free late checkout and transferring our bags to the next hotel and all our questions. Exceptional stay.

Cons:

The swimming pool was unfortunately under maintenance.

도쿄타워가 바로 보임. 아자부다이힐즈 등의 거리가 가까움. 방이 작지는 않지만 더블 침대가 크지는 않음

Tutto bellissimo, letti comodi, stanza grande e pulita.
Ottima colazione con parecchie opzioni e macchina Nespresso per il caffè. Staff super gentile e veramente tutto a disposizione, dal pigiama all' ombrello. Ristoranti, pub e supermercato che completano la perfezione!
