Good stay but hotel needs updated
Pros:

I was moving from Temecula so the location was fantastic for me. I knew the area so it’s hard for me to be unbiased since I knew my way around after 25 years.

Cons:

The property or at least my room needed updating. I was in a pet room and the upholstered furniture needed replaced - it was showing wear and the room was small for a suite. You can tell this was an older Embassy Suites.

Disappointing for a Marriott. I’ll stay somewhere else next time. When you advertise a suite, it better be a suite!

The location, the bed and bedding was nice

Cons:

The hotel impress a rehab. Our room was the size of a postage stamp! Hardly a suite that I’ve come to expect. Very surprised and disappointed. On top of that, the fire alarm went off in the night and we had to vacate our room for an hour.

My balcony door didn’t have a lock! They even have a sign to lock it. I had to call maintenance they spent 30 minutes creating a dowel Glad I noticed
The ac made a rumble sound in bedroom and living. Had to turn off to sleep. That was pointless because the room upstairs made the same rumble. Weird stain on carpet as well
A lot of noise in hallways with other guests screaming and yelling.

BEWARE
Pros:

Beware this place is a complete hole. They have not maintained anything for a very very long time, however they put me on the top floor. Thought it’d be wonderful. All you do is hear the fans on the roof going on all night long as if you’re at the airport listening to a plane arrival, and I thought the street traffic and freeway traffic was bad and no a litt comparison to that noise. The air conditioner is a very poor condition. If you don’t have to run it don’t, then I had an adjacent room and of course I was in here and the person next to me was trying to get into my unit. I put the couch over the door because I did not have a lock. I don’t feel safe leaving my room at all. The sofa and carpets were very stained and the automatic sensor lights in the restroom that pop on all friggin night long are extremely annoying. Oh and now by the way they’re gonna charge you $10 a day on top of what you paid just to park in their parking lot The beds are creepy as hell. The sofa beds are horrible and the sheets are just worn down to nothing. What a shame I used to enjoy this place thank God they feed you free breakfast and cocktails so you can get through your day.

Cons:

New 10$ (per night) charge for parking. Parking was not secure though, I had a MGI electric golf caddy (1500$ value) stolen from my Tacoma on April 15, 2026, patrolling security guard saw nothing. I asked desk clerk if they had cameras covering p/l but he didn’t know, said he would have property manager give me a call, 1 week later no call. Stuff like this doesn’t inspire any return trips
