Sorry we changed hotels after staying here.
Pros:

Just completed our holiday between a Marriott hotel and the Embassy Suites in Temecula. I wish we would have stayed in the Embassy Suites for our entire stay, even though you would expect a Marriott branded hotel to be better it’s not always the case. We loved this hotel yes I agree with previous comments that it could be given a little TLC but the staff were fantastic very helpful and attentive. The breakfast was wonderful omelets to order all delicious. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making us feel valued and welcome PS Marriott could learn a thing or two from you.

Unsafe and Ghetto
Pros:

Never have I felt so unsafe at a hotel like I am at this hotel. Pool fence not locked, door to the building on the backside has absolutely no lock either!! I took videos to send to corporate. Plus the door to my room wouldn’t open so the front desk guy walked all the way to my room, pulled the handle up which opened the door. He messed around with the handle which was obviously broken, then told me he will have maintenance work on this tomorrow. Like WHAT?! Super ghetto for an Embassy Suites. Our rooms were musty and damp and we checked in at 9pm and my bathroom smelled bad like someone just used it.

Dirty rooms
Pros:

The pool was nice

Cons:

The floor was dirty, the mattress was dirty, it took several try’s for my door to open with the key card because the door was broken. Even after prepaying my room wasn’t ready until 45 minutes after check in time. My parents room also had issues.
