Great location, personal information not well maintained, great room, smelly bathroom, not that worth for the money put

Great room, great location, good breakfast, so private.

Cons:

1. During check-in, my information was not present in the system as I have made already the payment. Not sure if they modified the booking. Later allowed me after phone calls and a passport copy. And they did not provide invoice for my stay and when requested no response from them. But they are writing to my friend who stayed with me saying only agency to provide the invoice. they modified booking with my friend contacts which is not ok when booked through booking.com agency with my transaction and contacts. This service shows suspicious on privacy and personal information from the hotel Service team. But they were nice during the interactions and talking friendly. Just that I don’t like when they mixed personal informations and not providing invoice. Never had such experience in any of the hotels.

2. Bathroom was so smelly that felt so bad. Not nice even after cleaning from the room service.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ist ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und bot eine große Auswahl. Unser Zimmer war komfortabel, sauber und sehr angenehm.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche und engagierte Personal. Obwohl wir vor der offiziellen Check-in-Zeit angekommen sind, wurde uns unser Zimmer bereits zur Verfügung gestellt. Außerdem haben wir kostenlos ein Upgrade auf ein besseres Zimmer erhalten. Dieser tolle Service hat unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht.

Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Overall Good Experience - Juices were Good
Pros:

Breakfast is Okay. we prefer continental breakfast, it was more of Turkish Items.

Cons:

Breakfast not as per our taste. We Pakistani / Indians prefer Karak Tea and not the Turkish / herbs tea.
Egg station was missing.
