Sur 6 jours passés dans cet hôtel, le ménage n’a été fait qu’une seule fois dans notre chambre, malgré nos plaintes répétées. Le personnel trouvait des excuses à chaque fois et nous laissait la nourriture du room service dans la chambre pendant des jours…

Проживание было комфортным, удобное расположение, чистота

Провела несколько дней в отеле, сам отель великолепен, расположение, чистота, руководство хорошо все организовало, вкусные завтраки, очень внимательный песонал в ресторане

Cons:

удивило отношение персонала на ресепшн, встретила не очень приветливая девушка, при вьезде никто не встретил помочь с чемоданами, не поздравили от отеля с днем рождения (впервые столкнулась с этим, каждый год путешествую на свой день рождение и всегда отели 5 звезд поздравляли) нет халатов в номере. Поставила 9 благодаря менеджеру который внимателен был к моим замечаниям и повысил категорию номера.
