Great location, comfortable rooms, amazing service!
Pros:

I stayed 11 days in this wonderful hotel while on business. Great location right across State Department, clean and well upkept, comfortable rooms. The staff are very courteous, accommodating and professional. The receptionists and the manager catered to my special requests. They just showed what human touch, understanding and flexibility can a go a long way with customers. This is a family owned hotel and the warm and courteous treatment was evident from the first day.

Overall, we were happy with the choice. The staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms were big and the beds comfortable
Pros:

The location was good and the beds were comfortable. I did enjoy the layouts of the room (2 queens). It gave a lot of privacy.

Cons:

It was more dated than it seemed in the photos. Also, someone always had to let you into the parking garage which could be inconvenient.

Very nice hotel and extremely comfortable bed. Highly recommend staying here
Pros:

Very clean, easy parking, wonderful staff

Cons:

Parking costs $50 a day. Since I stayed two days, I paid $100 just to park my car. You also can’t get back into the garage yourself, you have to call the front desk and have them call another staff member to come open it.
