Very comfortable; close to Department of
Pros:

The Garden Cafe is a little gem that I have known for years. The ambiance is pleasant and the food delicious. It was only open for breakfast while I was there as there were renovations going on in the building.
The staff were super-- friendly, helpful, always smiling.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beds are super comfortable. Plenty of hot water for showers. Good selection of TV programming.

Great location and friendly staff, just wish they had a microwave and fridge in our room.
Pros:

Bed was comfy, room was spacious and clean, staff was super friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

No microwave or fridge in our room, gym was closed, and we received a message before we got there that they would have continental breakfast but they did not. Everything was for purchase.

Great value for the money
Pros:

Location, Location, Location - only 10 min walk from the Mall (Lincoln monument).
Staff is great, Room is nice and big (although a bit out dated).

Excellent clean friendly hotel in a great location
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent with the metro near by and food and coffee shops.
Having a kitchen was a life saver and we will definitely stay there on our next visit

Cons:

The only negative was that the gym was closed which we didn’t know until we got there. We stayed for 3 weeks so the gym was a big loss to my husband
