Clean with pleasant walk to the subway
Everyone was very kind. We needed help with our television, and someone was at our door to help immediately. Another gift to us was the hotel was full of police officers from around the country on their annual motorcycle retreat. We felt VERY safe for being Washington D.C. The whole stay was an amazing and wonderful experience.
Well, this is no fault of the hotel, but I had asked for a view from our window. (We had traveled to Alaska and always seemed to get a parking lot view) We were told that could be accommodated. Our view was of a six-story building being torn down and construction workers tearing it apart. We actually enjoyed watching their work as I think the other windows faced a brick wall alley. We laughed and decided to enjoy it all.

a/c sub par, tv was 15yrs old and had to be replaced, tearing down the building next door- no mention of that when booking, fees exceeded online booking numbers, parking fees were very high

Room very old need update soon , Tv very small no USB outlet, not enough electrical outlet
No refrigerator, was cold and I call the front door desk and ask to turn on the heater and he told me that was impossible as it was turned off the whole building , any way they bring me a heater radiator that work for about 1 hour and stop and never start again

I have stayed here since my daughter started college as a freshman in George Washington University and now just finishing her junior year this fall. I have stayed here when visiting or moving her whenever I could get a room. The staff is always so kind and friendly and the entire hotel is so clean. I would stay whenever I could and would highly recommend. Thank you 😊
