חדר גדול, מבריק, מאובזר, מיטה נוחה, ארון גדול, מקלחת טובה ומאובזרת, הצוות טוב ומאד שירותי ולבבי.
הטלביזיה לא עבדה, לא ניתן לאתר את כפתור כיבוי המנורות לילה ליד המיטה. נאלצתי להוציא את השקע מהחיבור לחשמל בכדי שאוכל לישון. בחדר המקלחת יש אמבטיה שבה מתקלחים ומותקן בו וילון - חוסר היגיינה.
Front desk staff slow to arrive to check me in. Decor is shabby. "Mini bar" food over a year past "best buy" date. Cold water faucet in shower broken so only scalding hot available. Other people's hair in bathroom. Digital room clock set for 6am (not by me!). Overall they tried to poison, boil, and sleep deprived me,--like a torture chamber.
24hour reception and security.
The property is extremely old and poorly maintained. Upon check-in, they held a security deposit on my card for potential damages. However, as soon as I entered the room and tried to close the curtain, the entire window frame/shutter assembly (stori) collapsed and fell completely off!
It was an extremely dangerous situation and I could have been severely injured. This was caused entirely by the run-down, fragile condition of the property and total lack of proper maintenance, not by guest negligence.
It is completely unacceptable that a property in such a hazardous condition holds a damage deposit while exposing guests to real safety risks.

Absolutely outstanding, my daughter said its the best place she ever stayed- and I agree. It exceeded our expectations, as we got a whole Suite instead of just one room, at a very reasonable price. Wish we could stay longer!

The location is excellent, and overall the hotel is nice.
The staff are rather inattentive, especially the breakfast staff, who are consistently unfriendly and unhelpful. I had a foot brace that I wore at night, and it went missing during my stay. I asked the front desk several times whether it had been found, but they made absolutely no effort to help. Unfortunately, I’ll now have to buy a new one.
