Perfect cozy stay near many points of interest
Pros:

The closeness to the Walter e convention center made it the perfect place to stay for events. The hotel is pretty close to many places to dine at as well.

Cons:

Nothing really.

Pros:

I loved the historic style and comfort. The price was great for the location. I enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea in the restaurant on site. The staff was warm and welcoming. The bed slept good. I loved that I could crack the window for fresh air.

Cons:

Things I didn't like...parking! It's way too expensive so please plan for it. I was able to find other parking garages that weren't so expensive to park overnight like $30, but it adds up. There are no refrigerators, microwaves, or an ice bucket in the rooms, so no way store foods needing refrigeration. However, you can get cold bottles of water from the front desk.

The most expensive luggage storage ever
Pros:

I booked the hotel to exhibit at a trade show with original check-in date on Monday, 3/23. American delayed and eventually cancelled the flight. I called the hotel to notify them of the cancellation, that I would not be arriving until the following morning, and asked if they would still charge for the missed night since the flight cancellation was out of my control. The hotel staff person was very professional and instructed me to email the hotel a copy of my flight booking, proof of the flight cancellation, and an explanation of the situation and when I expected to arrive. In answer to the question about charging for the extra night, she said management would contact me. I asked if the room would be ready since I was arriving around 9am the following morning rather than the normal 3pm check in time. She shared that my bags could be stored there at no charge if the room were not ready (standard protocol for any hotel I've ever stayed at).

When I arrived Tuesday morning, the front desk person checked me in and gave me a key. When I asked about the room charge for Monday night, she said management would contact me.

Management never contacted me. I had to contact them. After multiple conversations during my stay with no resolution, I check out and Monday night was on the bill. When I spoke with management again, they informed me that Monday was charged because I checked in early on Tuesday.

At no time did hotel staff inform me that checking in early would result in being charged for Monday night. Otherwise, I would have stored my bags, went to work, and checked in that evening, as any reasonable person would do in lieu of paying $567 to store my bags in a hotel room for a few hours instead of the hotel luggage closet for free.

My last call with a hotel manager was 3/31, and that person stated they would call me back. As of today, I have not received a call back.

Bottom line: I understand hotel cancellation policies and cancellation charges, but don't charge me and say it was because I checked in early when you never communicated that checking in early was tied to the question of Monday night's cancellation. And again...$567 to store bags.

GREAT hotel & staff, affordable price, great location.Definitely, we will be staying there again!
Pros:

Everything! Nice staff, great location. One night, we ran out of water, and although there were no vending machines at the hotel, staff provided a bottle at no cost.

Cons:

Everything in the hotel was GREAT!Only two issues and one was minor, the minor one was that the room gets cold at night, so be aware of that. And 2nd one, please women be careful if you are walking alone after 22:00 hours, we were coming back from having dinner at The Hamilton and just around the corner from the hotel, a guy aggressively shouted at us several times, we got so scared that we just ran as fast as we could towards the hotel, the doorkeeper at the hotel was kind enough to not only open the door, but also making us feel safe.

Facility great, rooms not so great, not sure the experience was worth the price
Pros:

Very clean, nice furnishings, beautiful lobby and bar, helpful desk crew and valet.

Cons:

Room was so small and very dark. Only 2 small desk lamps. Windows looked out on brick walls so no daylight. Valet was $50 a day. I arranged through the desk to have a dessert sent to my room to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and restaurant called me and confirmed. I had brought candles. When we got back from our event restaurant was closed and there was nothing in my room. My daughter was very disappointed.

Propre mais vieillot pour le prix.
Pros:

Sehr kleine Zimmer. Der hohe Preis ist absolut nicht angemessen.
