Overall, great place for my trip. Need a place close to the Hill for a couple of nights.
Pros:

Very nice, classic hotel. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and location is excellent. Would stay there again.

Cons:

No frills - e.g. no fridge in the room or ice bucket. Has a bar but not a one to meet someone for business or social reasons.

Great stay!
Pros:

This was one of the most beautiful rooms I’ve stayed in. So clean and comfortable, was a bit of a walk from the sights but I’m a safe area, staff were very helpful and friendly, felt so luxurious

Small room but just right for 2 people also the price and location are really good.

Amazing, perfect price point, will definitely return!
Pros:

Loved the staff, room, comfort and cleanliness of the space. Wish I'd requested a room that was on the other side of the hotel away from all the road noise that occurs in the morning. Overall a great experience and I'll certainly come back.

Cons:

I didn't like the road noise particularly. I can't really knock the space on anything else. The staff held our bags while we waited on our train and we went to grab food. I love the complementary things they provided.

Great space in a great location
Pros:

It was very conveniently located in front of my conference hotel and the price was substantially lower. The staff were ever so friendly and the bar was quite quiet and nice to chill every evening.

Cons:

The tap in the toilet wouldn't stop running, and the vent would make a noise every now and then but it was nothing toooo disruptive.
