Loved it enough that will be back but wish it was a little more cost friendly.
Pros:

Convenient to the convention center. Beautiful historical location. Love the castle vibe as you walk in. Beautiful stone and architecture design throughout the building inside and out.

Cons:

Cost was a little high. Parking options are very limited and costly.

Didn't know what to expect, would stay again if I am in the area.

Not a hotel that i would return to
Pros:

Location location location.

Cons:

Well - some of the furniture is outdated etc. But, it would still be a fair hotel if the “current” part was more consistent.
70 usd per night incidentals (!!!), refusing (or… saying “we will do an exception”) a bottle of water for a kid, late night, until we reached to the store, forgetting to say hi on the hallway when you are greeted (despite the fact that you are working for the hotel) etc.
All these small, annoying stuff irritate a lot and make this a “just fair” hotel.

- Elegancki, stylowy hotel.
- Bezpłatna woda.
- Pomocny, miły personel.
- Bardzo dobra lokalizacja.

Cons:

Jedyny minus - dziwna sprawa parkingu. Na miejscu można skorzystać z parkingu (valet, nie samoobsluga). Ponieważ jest on drogi, na wlasna rękę zarezerwowałem sobie parking (wielopoziomowy, zadaszony, całodobowy, strzeżony) niedaleko w dużo niższej cenie. Jakież bylo moje zdziwienie, gdy wjechałem na ów parking i w nim były miejsca dla Henley Park Hotel! Wynika z tego, ze za miejsce na tym samym parkingu, za ktory zapłaciłem nieduże pieniądze, rezerwując poprzez hotel płaci się znacznie wiecej. Jesli faktycznie tak jest, to dosyć słabe...

A differenza di quello che viene scritto in booking il deposito cauzionale è di circa 70 euro a notte io sono arrivata mi sono stati richiesti 373 euro di deposito e non me lo aspettavo, non la reputo una cifra giusta se non prevista in anticipo . Per tanto mi e pesato avere quell importo bloccato per tutta la vacanza
