Good hotel with reasonable cost
部屋は非常に広く、清潔に掃除がされていて快適でした。暖かいシャワーと真っ白なタオルで気持ちよく入浴できました。朝食も美味しかったです。
換気扇がとてもうるさかったです。水回りも少し漏れがありました。

Originally had rm316 which had a view of garbage cans. Told front desk I didn't want to see garbage cans everytime I opened my blinds. They promptly moved me! Rooms were clean and beds firm & comfortable
Easy way to reach places near downtown
There was not even a single chair to sit and also the rooms were small too
Good breakfast and location was superb
Nothing
Did enjoy the hotel and every morning having a wonderful breakfast served by friendly staff.
Parking was 60 dollars a day.
Deborah was absolutely amazing. Took great care of me at check in and was so kind and welcoming throughout my entire stay with her smiling face at the lobby. This hotel overall is a hidden gem!
The facility is updated and modern but kept the charming historic details. The location is ideal if you have meetings in the area.
Skip the restaurant, if you want a good breakfast, service needs more experience and food is mid. Coffee was good but where was the orange juice or water? The breakfast vouchers could have been more efficiently issued during check in, instead of having guests get up and ask for it at the front desk after being seated. The outlet by the beds didn't work, can't charge your electronics near you at night. Hope the construction in front gets done soon, traffic is horrible enough as it is.
Would leave a zero star review if possible. The hotel is horrible there is no AC in a hotel at 250$ a night in DC.
The hotel is falling apart with moisture damage. Our room had ongoing maintenance at 10:45 PM as the only blower motor failed. The flush leaked all night. There was water damage.
There is so much dust in the rooms that it flared severe allergies. Posted pics show the dust and cobwebs.
When my wife reached out to the receptionist for assistance. She informed us that she was the manager and would likely give us a complimentary breakfast.
For a trip where one can not sleep at night as the room is 84F. This is the customer service one should expect. Note that for 3 days we stayed the manager never once reached out to us.
The staff was extra-helful specially Deborah at the front desk and both ladies in breakfast service, the room conditions were great: clean and comfortable; the location convenient and the price was competitive (considereded the offer in the area).
