We loved how well equipped the rooms were. We had the kitchenette with a fridge, freezer, microwave, dishes, utensils, paper towels, etc and that allowed us to have groceries and have snacks and meals in the room which is a huge benefit when traveling with 3 kids 4 and under.
We were also really impressed with the breakfast, as well as little bonuses like the children’s books and games in the lobby.
The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
The free shuttle bus to town and to the foothill hike trail was very convenient and made things easier.
The room was well equipped had plenty space.
I was a little disappointed by the breakfast option. No bacon, no pancakes.
We had a great stay at Homewood Suites Boulder. The value for money is excellent. The breakfast included in the rate was very good with plenty of options. Having a room with a full kitchen was a huge plus for us, providing the autonomy we needed. Housekeeping service is provided every other day, which worked perfectly for our schedule. Additionally, the management was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!
The location is a bit far from the center. I would have preferred staying in downtown Boulder, but the prices there were significantly higher. For the price and the amenities, this was a much better deal.

The road noise was so loud, I thought the windows were open, but they were closed. I did not sleep at all.

Nothing i was charged for a room that I didn't even stay in and the staff was rude. The whole time I tried to actually remedy the problem through booking.com, she told me that I would be charged and that I would be reprinted immediately, that never happened. Time was charged $388 and still have not seen the money or the refund to my card. I ended up having to sleep in my car last night and froze my butt off. Because the lady inside didn't want to deal with just comping me. The room it was private in one of was 1 of the most miserable experiences I've had renting a hotel room or motel room in ever, so. You'll be hearing from me, believe me.
This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a hotel trying to check-in and the staff knowing that I was having problems with booking.com and still they charged me for a room I didn't even sleep in last night. They charged me $388. I haven't seen a single dollar back, and I am completely broke now. And I feel as if they don't have their customers best interest at hand I feel they did this underhandedly and deviously to obtain more money from somebody who works very, very hard for their money, I'm disgusted, and I feel as if this place should at least have a lawsuit brought against them.
