Das Hotel hat die guten Zeiten hinter sich. Das Zimmer war eiskalt bei der Ankunft. Die Ausstattung des Raums im 8. Stock war alt und defekt, man stolperte öfters über hochgebogene Ränder der Bodendielen, am Nachttisch klebte ein Kaugummi. Von zwei Liften ist nur noch einer in Betrieb, der jedoch auch einen wenig vertrauenerweckenden Eindruck machte. Dafür war der Preis eindeutig viel zu hoch.

Pros:

Very friendly, helpful receptionists.

Cons:

This hotel needs to be completely remodeled. Everything in our room looked worn out, not taken care of. No personal touch to make it somehow cosy. The bathroom had a bad smell, just didn't seem clean.

Extremely uncomfortable and disappointing experience

The toilet in the bathroom was extremely weak and not working properly. It required several flushes after each use. I found this extremely frustrating especially for a supposed four star hotel. It made my stay extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant. Additionally, I had to move my room as the first room didn’t have working lights and had sloping floors. The room that I was moved into was slightly better, although one of the beds did not have a mattress cover which grossed me out. Luckily the second bed did have a mattress cover so I was able to sleep on that one. There is a lot of water damage throughout the hotel. It is clearly overdue for a major renovation. I’m actually quite surprised that the property hasn’t been investigated.
