Convenient but disappointing overall
Pros:

Great location a short walk from the waterfront in heart of the city. Good sized rooms.

Cons:

Whole place was very tired and in need of investment. Only one lift working. Sofa bed was unusable so had to put mattress on floor, television turned itself on several times in the night for two nights in a row. Room not very clean in some places particularly back of bathroom door and some room edges. Breakfast dry pastries, rubbery scrambled egg and no barista coffee. Only plus point was that most staff were very helpful and friendly.
