Their seem to be a major lack of continuity and confusion within the staff. Staff were trying to cover too many positions and did not inform each other where things were up to for paying.

Great experience in the heart of Blenheim.
Pros:

Vey nice and clean with lots of amenities. We tried the private spa and sauna. Room was really spacious.

Relaxing and comfortable stay
Pros:

This was an excellent place to stay. Clean room, good bathroom and good amenities in both the room and generally within the hotel. The swimming pool was gorgeous and the sauna-spa bath were lovely. It was a little bit intricate booking a session though, however this is understandable given the compact area. One does have full privacy though - this makes up for the intricacy. Overflow parking is available free of charge. Thank you for a relaxed experience.

Nice comfortable hotel, convenient for the centre of Blenheim.
Pros:

The hotel room and twin beds were comfortable, the shower was also good. we stayed for 3 nights and my wife enjoyed using the outdoor pool but commented that the water was very cold. Breakfast was decent and Blenheim had plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Additionally the nearby walk by the river was a pleasant way to stretch the legs.

Cons:

Our room was on the first floor and there was a linen room between us and the main lift. However we could hear the lift mechanism through the walls into our room every time it was used although this was generally between 6.30 am and 11 pm when guests and staff were using it, although we slept pretty well between these times.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Hotel booked by our travel agent. Lovely hotel where we stayed for one night on our New Zealand tour. Room was very comfortable and clean. Unfortunately we were unable to dine here as there was a function on. Decent bar area. Good self serve laundry facilities.
