Nice comfortable stay close to town
Pros:

Hotel is in a good central location in the town. A little away from the "main" streets so was still nice and quiet. Reasonable options available within a short walking distance away for food and drink. The hotel is not new, it has obviously been around for a long time but was in a reasonably good quality.

Cons:

Parking can be a bit of a challenge with a limited number of spaces. That said the hotel does have some overflow options.

Lovely hotel - Great position in town.
Pros:

I’ve stayed before the staff are lovely!

Cons:

Sometimes parking is a pain although they do have an overflow area across the road.

Central location directly across from Seymour Square and a quick walk into shops & cafes.
Rooms were well appointed and a good size plus nice to see good quality hand,body lotion etc instead of a cheap alternative

Their seem to be a major lack of continuity and confusion within the staff. Staff were trying to cover too many positions and did not inform each other where things were up to for paying.

Short excellent experience for a one nighter on the way to the ferry.
Pros:

Very attentive people at the desk who listened and helped when we needed an auto electrician first thing Monday morning. Everything clean and comfortable, great value for money and we had a delicious restaurant meal served in good time in spite of a tour group also dining.
