Pros:

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very well kept and clean. The hotel had many cool features, like the sauna and the pool. The restaurant had very delicious food, and the complimentary bread was very tasty. I also thought that the $45 meal menu was excellent value.

Cons:

The only complaint I would have is that the shower pressure wasn't very strong, but its not a big deal.

Great short stay!
Pros:

Thank you to the staff, you were amazing during the check-in late at night. The off-street parking was secure. The bed was super comfy. Best part was the water pressure!

nice and tidy
Pros:

this was easily worthy of 5 stars but one of the indian staff wasnt very helpful when asking for his help at a private function we hired this place for a 90th he was quiet rude and always responded in a non polite manner. he might learn to like his job in the near future and realize some basic customer service skills .. who knows.

It was so good I stayed there twice in four days

Would highly recommend staying here esp if you don't have transport
Pros:

Super close to town.Clean rooms and a comfy bed to spend my night in.The kitchenette was handy and if i needed anything to snack, there was also a mini bar and snacks. The receptionist was bvery kind and helpful.He went the extra mile to change my room because my plans had changed an no longer required twin beds.
There was also 24 hour food available which is very helpful if you need.

Cons:

There wasn't really anything I could fault.

Pros:

I love staying at scenic. Mostly for the sauna and spa and cute tidy rooms with amazing shower pressure

Cons:

Unfortunately the male at the front desk made me feel like I was nuisance and he did not have the time to be hospitable towards me from the moment I walked into the door to check in. I felt as though he was trying to make everything as difficult as possible. I was not expecting anything special as I'm laid back and cruisey by nature but he suceded

Scenic Hotel Marlborough is the best hotel I've ever booked
Pros:

Great central location as we overnight for our early morning new office blessing event. We also booked the Charter room for our Board meeting and exceeded our expectation. Well-appointed bedroom, very clean, nice shower room, comfortable bed and the loved the chairs. The hotel got everything, restaurant, bar, swimming pool and spa/sauna.

The on site restaurant was awful. Soup was cold asked for it up to be heated came back watered down. Prawn cocktail had NO flavour lettuce had more taste . Pillows were like bags of sand.

An excellent stay at the Scenic Hotel
Pros:

I have visited the Scenic Hotel multiple times, always receiving a warm welcome and great service. On this visit, I want to commend Flo, a clever, charming, and customer-focused young woman. She speaks several languages and made my dinner at the hotel restaurant very welcoming. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.
