Very good place to stay in Jakarta. Nice, smiling and service oriented people, outstanding breakfast, comfortable room and bedding. Directly connected to Plaza Indonesia Mall and city center. Overall a fantastic experience!

Exceptional service at the Grand Hyatt Jakarta
Pros:

What stood out the most is the people. I had the pleasure of not only meeting some of the staff in the Grand Cafe, the Grand Club, and the Grand Spa, however I also got to meet the wonderful managers and directors. Each and everyone one of these people made me feel loved, welcomed, and appreciated in a sincere way.
