Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt Jakarta and would like to share both our appreciation and some constructive feedback.

First, we would like to thank the hotel team for the thoughtful arrangements they made for my wife’s Mother’s Day celebration and our anniversary. The gesture was greatly appreciated and made our stay feel extra special.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The overall ambiance of the hotel was excellent, creating a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere throughout our stay. We also loved the hotel’s location, with convenient and direct access to Plaza Indonesia, making shopping and dining extremely easy.

One area that we feel could be improved is the bathroom flooring. While the marble finish looks beautiful, it becomes very slippery when wet. Our 18-month-old daughter slipped several times in the bathroom, which was concerning and posed a potential safety risk. To make the area safer, we had to cover much of the floor with towels during our stay.

We would encourage the hotel to consider additional safety measures, such as anti-slip treatments or non-slip mats, especially for families traveling with young children.

Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would like to thank the entire team for their hospitality and attention to detail. We look forward to staying with Grand Hyatt Jakarta again in the future.

Great Hotel In Sudirman Thamrin Area. Easy to access
Pros:

Great location, big size room, very well maintained hotel with clean and complete facilities. Nice pool with Bali vibes ambiance. The staff is very nice and helpful.
