Pros:

El único detalle fue el internet , ya que no llegaba bien a las habitaciones . Igual la señal de tv , era casi nula. De ahí en fuera todo excelente

El hotel está fuera de servicio desde hace más de un mes. Expedía nunca aviso ni el hotel. Llegamos y el hotel fuera de servicio. El asistente virtual de expedía tardó más de 1 hrs para decir el hotel no contesta, se hará devolución y resuelva su problema como pueda. Pésimo todo con expedía. Muy mala experiencia

Pros:

We booked a weekend through VIVA, but when we arrived, the hotel only had a poster with a text that stated that "due to administration change and inventory we are closed," so we were stranded there without prior notice. This was a horrible experience.

Hotel descuidado, sin mantenimiento al que le urge una remodelacion sobretodo en las habitaciones. En nuestra 2a noche de estancia nos enviaron mensaje por WhatsApp indicándo k nos teníamos que ir al dia siguiente porque tenian problemas legales. Nos faltaba una noche de estancia y ya estaba todo pagado.

excelente lugar buen servicio y atención de los empleados, sólo que el sistema de cable de las televisiones no servía, un día mi mamá se quedó en la habitación y no pudo conectarla ni hubo alguien que pudiera ir a revisarla. de los 7 días, sólo 2 días tuvimos acceso a 2 canales de TV abierta

Viejo y sin mantenimiento.
Pros:

Dos días swguidos aunque lo reclame el baño de inunda de manera irreal, todo viejo y sin mantenimiento. No puedes pagar en ocasiones varias con tarjeta en el restaurante por estar sin señal, entre varias cosas.
