The staff was welcoming and the location was great.

The hotel is located perfectly for seeing the sights and catching the water taxi. It is clean and quiet for some much needed rest. The staff was kind to help us navigate boats and trains. Thank you!

Hôtel parfait! L’emplacement est idéal, hyper central et en même temps les chambres ne sont pas du tout bruyantes. Elles sont confortables, la nôtre avait une salle de bain neuve et superbe. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux. Et surtout le personnel est charmant : leurs conseils sont excellents, que ce soit en amont de notre venue ou pendant le séjour. Merci beaucoup!

The location was convenient to several major attractions. Latta-I hope thats her name at the front desk-was lovely!! She met us when we got off the water taxi and went over everything to do in the city. She was friendly all week long and helped us schedule the water taxi to get to the airport. She was so nice. We loved the little sweets in our room every day. A nice touch! The breakfast was delicious!! The rooftop was beautiful too!

Seriously one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at!! The location is perfect, but the best thing is how Venetian it feels! Staff are lovely, gave me recommendations outside the typical touristy stuff, and the breakfast set up is so cute (bread & cheese to die for)! Drinks on the terrace was the cherry on top!

[rooms are clean and beautiful, only downside is potentially the size. not an issue for me but if you’d like a big room, you won’t get that here. It’s very functional though, and has all the necessary amenities, complementary drink & chocolates etc]!

Our room was as expected. We wanted feel of the old Venice. It was just that, but with updated bathroom and very clean. Breakfast had enough choices that left us satisfied every morning. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, with good knowledge of English. Would definitely recommend!

Размещение просто замечательное, персонал очень дружелюбный, в комнате ожидали печеньки и на выезде угостили Лимончелой, завтрак скромный, но очень вкусный. Рекомендую этот отель очень.

Super Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal

La atención del personal excelente sobre todos Massimo (Recepción) y Michael (Botones). Las instalaciones en general muy bien. El comedor muy pequeño e incómodo.

Fabulous place right in the heart of venice. Super amazing staff, very kind, explaining us all the activities that we could do. We felt do good that we are already considering to return soon!

The location was very convenient and our room was so cute! We loved the little details. The staff was very informative and the welcome drinks and snacks were very appreciative. Wonderful breakfast served also.

Das Hotel ist einfach nur toll! Angefangen von der Lage, die Ausstattung der Zimmer, das überaus hilfsbereite Personal und am Ende auch die tolle Dachterrasse, wo man sich vom Trubel des Tages erholen kann.
