Would stay here again. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. They went above and beyond in every way.

Beautiful hotel with a fantastic rooftop area to sit.
Pros:

The hotel was very Venetian, we loved it. It was right in the center of everything. Very close to Saint Marc square. We would definitely go back here again when we return and visit Venice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The little extras were excellent as well and very thoughtful. The breakfast was very good. Everyone was so kind and caring. The welcome prosecco drinks on the rooftop were lovely. There were yummy chocolates and cookies in our room along with waters for us. A mini fridge with lots of wine selections. We had wine on the rooftop a few nights and the wine was excellent. There's nothing we didn't like, oh, and it was very clean. Literally, you could eat off the floor it was so clean LOL we loved it.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like it was perfect. And beautiful.

Perfect location, wonderful staff, super clean, Free welcome drink on the rooftop!
Pros:

Perfect location yet quiet hotel just steps from Piazza San Marco with wonderful staff and super clean. They surprised us with a free welcome drink on the rooftop! Hotel has an elevator. The standard room is small (compared to US standards) but clean and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable as well. Complimentary water, juice, cookies and chocolates added a very nice touch. Breakfast was delicious. The management and all staff was very friendly and helpful. They set up our airport pick up and drop off as well. We will be back soon!

Cons:

It was perfect! No complaints. You are doing a wonderful job.

Comfortable & clean but colors of room clash terribly.?

It was clean & had everything you need.

Cons:

The window covering and bedspread along with the chandelier & lightening was very Venetian and gave you a Venice feel. However what threw it completely off is the beautiful chandelier & wall sconces are pink and blue. The curtains and bedspread are cream and light rust or orange & green. Pretty colors however the colors really clashed and threw all the beauty off. It really took away the beauty of the room.
The staff was extremely informative. They even give you a map and show you where everything is.
However, when I ask their opinion on a dinner cruise that I reserved, the response was “that is not something that we suggested.” Just because they did not suggest it doesn’t mean that it’s not a quality place to go to.
It just made me feel that they could be recommending restaurants due to people they may know that either work there, own the facility or may get a kickback.
I did not like being told. It’s not a place that we recommended to you. It made me feel that I should only go to restaurants that they recommend.
I do not want to mention the person‘s name because I don’t want to give her a bad reputation, but I felt that she was being a little pushy with where we should go. The gentleman working behind the desk was amazing when I told him about my reservations for the dinner cruise. He said it was top-notch. It was the most romantic dinner cruise that I have ever been on and my husband and I literally traveled the world. However, the lady behind the desk told us that it’s very touristy. I am so glad I did not cancel the Dinner cruise. It was the best experience we had in Venice outside of the gondola ride.

La ville est agréable à visiter, malgré le fait qu’il y a une foule énorme.
Pros:

Le seul point positif était que l’hôtel était à Venise. Très mal situé à l’intérieur de la ville. Très dur à trouver. Ça nous a pris quatre fois à passer devant et on ne le trouvait pas. Il a fallu demander à au moins quatre personnes pour essayer de trouver cet hôtel. Finalement c’était situé en arrière de la bâtisse dans un petit Racoin. Très déçu. La chambre était minuscule avec une chaise seulement. Avons demandé des lits jumeaux et ils étaient à peine plus large que moi. Très déçu. En général, cela ne valait surtout pas le prix qu’on a payé. Par contre les gens à la réception étaient très gentils et répondait à nos questions. il est certain que ne nous y retournerons plus jamais. Par contre c’était très propre.

Cons:

Il n’y avait pas vraiment de choses positives. Voir mes commentaires plus haut.

Hôtel idéalement situé tout près de la Place Saint Marc. Chambre confortable et personnel très attentionné. Terrasse sur le toit très sympathique pour prendre un verre. Un rapport qualité /prix excellent.
