Tolle Lage, sehr nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Wegen super tollen, zentralen Lage ist es halt etwas laut in der Nacht. Die Fenster halten aber den Lärm gut ab.

Una verdadera joya en Venecia
Pros:

Las instalaciones son fabulosas, se encuentra a unos pasos de la Plaza de San Marco. Las habitaciones muy limpias y muy bien cuidadas. Tuvieron bellos detalles como una copa de vino de cortesía, además diario te dejan en la habitación chocolates , galletas y a nuestra salida nos obsequiaron una botellita de Lemoncello artesanal. Lo que indiscutiblemente vale la pena es el trato de todo el personal. En la recepción Massimo nos dió una charla muy productiva con una explicación y recomendaciones de todo lo que uno puede hacer en Venecia( iglesias, museos, transporte , restaurantes, bares) te señala todo en un mapa que te lo regala. En el comedor para desayuno tienen una dinámica diferente: Es bufete pero les tienes que indicar los alimentos que deseas y te los llevan a tu mesa, puedes elegir las veces que quieras. Todos tienen un trato maravilloso, su trabajo lo hacen con amor, saben cuidar al turista. Te cuidan, te protegen, te dan seguridad.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Venedig zu entdecken. Wir würden dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen beim nächsten Besuch sehr gerne wieder.

Best value of any hotel we have stayed in on our trip through Italy.
Pros:

Super clean, very nice breakfast with china cups/saucers, very close to the water port and San Marco square. Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly.

Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, two minutes from St. Mark's Square and the water transport. The staff were very kind and helpful. They gave us a warm welcome and suggested places to visit and good restaurants. The rooms were spotlessly clean. Every time we returned from a walk, there was a chocolate surprise on our pillow. When I next visit Venice, I know without a doubt where I will stay.

Hôtel à la hauteur de cette ville magique.
Pros:

Un accueil haut de gamme marqué par des petites attentions appréciables.
Mais surtout une attention particulière des personnes de la réception qui aiment à nous faire découvrir une autre Venise qui sort des sentiers battus. Un très agréable moment dans cette ville magiquement belle.

מקום נקי, מרכזי ושקט.
חדרים עם עיצוב מיוחד.

הטיסה חזור שלנו היתה מוקדם בבוקר ואמרו לנו שהדרך היחידה לצאת היא מונית סירה בעלות 160 אירו, בעוד שבסוף גילינו שיש עוד דרך לקחת סירה לכניסה לונציה ואז מונית רגילה.
