Hotellpärla i Venedig
Pros:

En riktigt fin hotellpärla precis bakom San Marco. Italiensk inredning med utsökta detaljer i allt, helt nytt fräsch badrum, mkt bra städning, godsaker lagda på rummet varje dag utan kostnad. Dessutom liten blommande takterrass. Och så trevlig personal har jag aldrig sett på hotell tidigare i Venedig. Och då har jag varit här många gånger. Rekommenderas varmt!

Cons:

Vid frukost får man ta god tid på sig eftersom frukostrummet är litet och man istället serveras av värdinna. Kan ta litet tid om det är många gäster. För oss inga problem dock och allt annat uppväger denna lilla olägenhet.

Definitely recommend this hotel or ease and hospitality
Pros:

Great location in the city, really nice staff that went out of their way to make us feel welcome and give us ideas about what to do, the breakfast was delicious and the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was newly remodeled and really nice

Authentiek Venetiaans hotel in het hart van de stad
Pros:

Centraal gelegen hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk ontbijt. Mooie badkamer. Het hotel heeft een handige app ontwikkeld (gratis) waarmee je eenvoudig bezienswaardigheden kunt vinden in de wirwar van straatjes.

Cons:

Het matras van ons 2-persoonsbed was vrij hard en het bed tamelijk klein (maar dat laatste is mogelijk overal in Italië het geval…). In de kamer hangt alleen vitrage, geen gordijnen; via het bovenlicht boven alle luiken komt daardoor licht naar binnen.

Just a super friendly, clean and amazingly located charming hotel. We loved being there.
Pros:

The staff were just incredible. Felt i was visiting with a family run business were everyone chipped in and helped out where ever they could. Location is incredible (for a first perhaps more touristic focussed initial visit). Immaculately clean. Good breakfast to kick off of the day. Roof terrace (if sunny) could well make you feel you live like a (rich) local :). Lots of surprises happy. One of the people made an app to help visit and we used it quite often finding eateries and not that well visited and just as interesting sites. Dont' understand the just 3* rating - its most definately 4* and 5* for staff.

Cons:

The only thing is we had initial trouble controlling the temperature of our room - nothing that opening the windows didn't fix - but that might not be easy in a rainy day or so.

Very Helpful staff
Pros:

Ricardo at the front desk was AMAZINGLY kind, knowledgeable, helpful and took excellent care of us! He was the best part of our stay.
The location is fantastic. The bed was very comfortable. We were glad for the elevator. Coffee at breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

No A/C and if we opened the window it was very loud and mosquitoes got in the room. Room was pretty tight in space but it's not bad.

Best boutique hotel in San Marco
Pros:

We chose Hotrl Firenze for its location and value. The stay exceeded our expectations in every way! The service is amazing. Starting with the welcome orientation at check in and throughout our stay we received personalized attention from all hotel staff. They even arranged a private transfer to our next destination. That arrangement saved us stress, time and money, and made us feel like royalty!

Cons:

We loved everything! The rooms are petite, but that’s typical of a historic city hotel in the best location.

Schönes Hotel, netter Aufenthalt und selten so freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter erlebt. Empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage ist kaum zu überbieten. Unser Zimmer war gemütlich und das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Das Hotel hat eine wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit einem schönen Ausblick.

Cons:

Wer sehr geräuschempfindlich ist, könnte sich manchmal gestört fühlen. Für uns war es in Ordnung.

Pros:

Excellent front desk staff. Answered all our questions and very accommodating. Great information on walking tour around Venice. Excellent location next to St Mark's Square. Excellent location for water taxi pick up.
