Pros:

Very cozy hotel in a nice location, central but quiet . Very clean rooms and proper amenities. All the people of the hotel are very welcoming and willing to make our stay amazing .We will come back again .

Perfect Location to Explore Venice.
Pros:

This hotel is a cute place to stay right next (one minute walk)to San Marco's Basilica. Close to public and private boat transportation. Room was excellent for the two of us. It has all that is needed for a stay were you spend most of the day visiting and exploring attractions in the area. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Note: Breakfast area is small and can get crowded quickly. Staff does a great job ensuring everyone gets to eat and have a pleasant experience.
- The rooftop area closes early, we were not able to use it.

Claudia is a delight!! I also must mention Riccardo as he was very helpful too.

Cons:

Rooms vary a lot in size so some of our group were unhappy.

Great location, clean rooms and facility, very helpful staff, comfortable rooms
Pros:

Perfect location, just 5 min from Saint Mark piazza. Staff was very helpful and friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable, roof top terrace was amazing, flowers and shade - beautiful view.

Cons:

Walls and thin, you can hear people on the hallway and Nextdoor room, family with two kids wad out of control at night and during the day, kids had a separate room and they were loud. Staff couldn’t do much despite several people complaining. Breakfast was different it was a buffet but a staff member helped and served us after telling her what we wanted.

Für unseren Aufenthalt ein gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut,aber umständlich. Keine Selbstbedienung am Buffet. ES GAB KEINE warmen Speisen wie zB. Eierspeisen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und gut erreichbar. Ein besonderer Highlight war von der Hotelterrasse das Feuerwerk zum Redentorefest zu sehen. Absolut Top. Sehr empfehlenswert. 9

Cons:

Z.B warme Speisen bei. Frühstück. Größeren azimmer, aber das ist in Italien halt so.

Una estadía muy confortable en una ciudad única y bellísima como es Venezia.
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, a solo una calle de la Plaza San Marcos y a 200 mts. de la estación del vaporeto San Marco Vallareto, el desayuno buffet es muy bueno y muy bien atendido, las habitaciones están muy bien presentadas y con complementos muy buenos. Hemos estado varias veces en este hotel y seguramente, si Dios lo permite, volveremos.

Mycket bra med undantag från rutinen vid frukosten.
Pros:

Läget, det trevligt inredda rummet och mycket hjälpsam och trevlig personal.

Cons:

Frukostbuffén var bra, men att värdinnan skulle plocka maten från buffén och lägga på en tallrik till mig kändes väldigt omständigt och begränsande.
Orsaken till detta skulle vara att det skulle bli trångt om alla gästerna skulle plocka själva. Det tror jag inte skulle vara ett problem!

Kleine schöne Hotel
Pros:

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Die Lage ist top , 5-10 Minuten zum Markusplatz. Zimmer sieht gut aus.
Personal sind top . Klaudia ist sehr nett und aufmerksam.

Excellent boutique hotel
Pros:

The location is fantastic!!! The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly - they truly make an effort to guide you to have a wonderful experience in Venice and not feel overwhelmed by the amount of tourists. One of the few hotels in Venice to offer a triple room and with welcome drinks and snacks. Breakfast is great and it’s table service rather than buffet. Highly recommend this property for visiting Venice.
