A comfortable stay with warm service and a convenient location.
Pros:

We had a really pleasant stay at Hotel Firenze. The hotel arranged a transfer for us, and the walk from the dock to the hotel was very short, which made arrival easy.

The location is great, just a few minutes from San Marco Square. Venice is small anyway, so we walked everywhere.

Our room was spacious and immaculately clean. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and they gave great suggestions on where to eat and what to see.

Breakfast was a served buffet, which I didn’t mind at all. We just told the staff what we wanted, and they brought everything straight to the table.

We were able to check in earlier than expected and were also given a 45-minute late checkout, which I really appreciated.

Nice touches included a complimentary prosecco on the rooftop and a small bottle of limoncello at checkout.

En a tous aimé Di notre arrivée Andrée a la réception était très gentille et très serviable est ses conseils nous a bcps aider durant notre séjour, le petit geste de bien venu à la chambre (gâteau chocolat et jus) Andrée nous a envoyé du café à la chambre .et un bon paquet de chocolat à notre Check out . Petit déjeuner variés et copieux servi dans une belle salle à l’ambiance vénitienne emplacement au top juste à côté de l’arrêt du vaporito et à quelques pas du marché de la place saint Marco
