All the Staff lovely. Hotel very well presented. Location ideal. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices & restaurant was very nice to eat in. View from window tables enjoyable.
Lift did not go to rooftop pool and bar. Having to climb stairs from level 11 to level 13 to access pool & bar could be a deterrent for some. Shame as the view from rooftop spectacular, especially at night.
Room and bathroom, lovely. Walk in shower, enormous. Free minibar fantastic. Lack of drawers disappointing. Not a fan of wardrobe having a sliding door that left half of wardrobe contents exposed.
Would stay in this hotel again.

Staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable, really recommend it.
I specifically reserved a room for 3 nights at the win suites because they offered a beautiful looking rooftop pool and bar., but it was closed the whole time i was there. At check-in the front desk did not even tell me that the pool was unavailable. The hotel did nothing to compensate me for my inconvenience and I feel the cheated me. I could have booked a room with the pool I was so eager to have or I could have booked a room for 25 % less somewhere else. Thevstaff offered no apologies. If you are looking for a hotel.with a working pool i would find another place to go.
A nice hotel in a convenient area - walking distance to palace, post office and markets. Breakfast had plenty of options for western or Asian tastes; afternoon tea was a nice treat 2:30-4:30, we checked in at 4:30 & restaurant waited for us which was very lucky. We were in room 402 with window view to park/road, surprisingly it was not very noisy. Unfortunately we did not use the pool as it was under maintenance. Overall a very nice hotel
Great location, very cental. Beside the markets and malls. Lovely room with a great bath. We had drilling starting at 7am . Wall must have no installation as we could hear the room above us watching a movie and hear the content. Another night a neighbouring room was talking very loudly and we could hear their conversation at 2.45 am .
The room was nice and clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly. However, the toilet and the shower have no walls; instead, the roll-up blind does not fully cover the glass doors.
