Perfect hotel close to copacabana beach

Miserable staff. Old fashioned hotel. Central location.

Not that much. The hotel did a job. The bedding was yellow. The breakfast was okay but the breakfast room is a dark dungeon.

Cons:

It took 45 minutes to check in. The staff. The staff were absolutely awful. They were so rude. We stayed for 3 nights and not one person was nice to us. They are so miserable and unfriendly. The housekeeping is also so bad. No towels on one day. Coffee cups left out for multiple days. Dust and bits all over the carpet that wasn’t ours. We had the noisiest room. Air con was loud and whenever the tap was turned on the floor above it was like a jet engine. The wifi was awful. Coffee at breakfast tasted like a dry flip flop. Overall couldn’t wait to leave.

Excelente hotel en Copacabana
Pros:

Hotel con excelentes instalaciones, linda vista desde el rooftop (con vista a Copacabana y también se puede apreciar al Cristo Redentor) con excelente atención de restaurant y bar (a precios convenientes). Habitación muy silenciosa, ideal para un descanso reparador. Ubicación muy buena, frente a la playa al centro de Copacabana. El desayuno 10/10, de los mejores que he visto y ya he estado otras 4 veces en otros hoteles en Rio con mucho personal atendiendo. Cuenta con 3 ascensores así que nunca hay problema para moverse rápido entre pisos. Personal muy amable, sobre todo al desayuno que están atentos a todo lo que uno necesita. Recomendable habitación con vista al mar… maravillosa vista y silenciosa a pesar de estar en la avenida Atlántida.
