From start to finish, our experience at the Dream Inn Santa Cruz was outstanding! And a special thanks to our incredible reservation agent, Aliyah, who made our stay extra special.

Before we even arrived, she upgraded us to a 7th floor room with a view that exceeded our expectations. To top it off, we were welcomed with a handwritten note from Aliyah, delicious cookies, and fresh fruit in our room. That personal touch is the kind of service that is above and beyond and it set the tone for the entire weekend.

As an avid traveler, it’s rare to encounter service that feels so genuine and thoughtful. In addition to the friendly staff from valet to front desk as well, the location is ideal and it's the perfect place to enjoy a weekend in Santa Cruz.

We had a lovely time. We loved the views especially early morning. The staff was friendly & extremely helpful. The room was clean & the bed very comfortable.

The views were amazing and perfect to sit and lounge on the balcony. Bed was comfortable and walls didn’t seem too thin were you can hear the surrounding rooms.

A cute, understated hotel right on the water. We had a nice room overlooking the ocean. The bathroom could have used some updated tiling and the chairs at the table in the room were stained, but the bed was super comfy and the staff were beyond sweet! Nice hot tub too!

My family went last week when it was storming, and what a wonderful experience it was! From sitting in the hot tub in the pouring rain to swimming in the pool, it was great fun. The Jack O'Neill Restaurant and Lounge had great food and beverages, and the Staff was amazing with the grandkids as well. The rooms were immaculate, and it was a very relaxing time. My family goes here at least 3-4 times each year. The wonderful Staff make us want to keep returning! Certainly looking forward to our next trip!

I planned a week long Executive Offsite this February for my company. I could not be more impressed with the Dream Inn staff from start to finish. Katie Tollick (sales) and Shannon McGuire (event) are an expert team. Communication was speedy and accurate- they were extremely agile and professional as my needs increased. The property has been updated and is both clean and beautiful. Every room is very comfortable and has an ocean view. The conference rooms have ocean views as well- big bonus as our team busy with full meeting days. Food was excellent as was the Impact AV team who handled our AV needs. Special shout out to F & B team members Ramone, Griselda, and William and Ervill at the front desk. They went above and beyond daily with constant refreshing of both the room and refreshments. The best news is that we were able to stay on budget- it is an excellent value. Our team could not have been more thrilled with the experience. Thank you Dream Inn team!

Enjoyed our stay, the hotel is very retro but modernized with some great detail. I would stay here in a heartbeat again. Location and views were amazing!
