To say that this is the worst place I’ve stayed at is an understatement. Disgusting mini fridge in room completely taped

To say that this is the worst place I’ve stayed at is an understatement. Disgusting mini fridge in room completely taped up, had to shower in COLD WATER in the morning because there’s no hot water. Was woken up at 8:15am (wanted to sleep in) by cackling and yelling (not by customers staying) by workers non stop. Finally opened the door after 20 min of non stop cackling just to find 2 employees standing around and laughing at the top of their lungs. I asked them to please keep it down and they just looked at me, no apologies, just a death stare. Went downstairs for coffee, guess what, had coffee but no cups. I would rather stay at a motel 8. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. Will never stay here again.

Pros:

​We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It is absolutely beautiful and upscale, yet offered an incredibly affordable price for the high quality you receive. Everything was a perfect 10/10—from the pristine accommodations to the top-notch service. The breakfast was fantastic and a great start to our day. Additionally, this hotel is absolutely perfect for Kosher keepers, which made our trip so much easier and more comfortable. We will definitely be back!

O quarto não estava preparado para 3 pessoas. A cama não estava montada e não tinha jogo de cama e banheiro. Ao pedir na recepção, sequer levaram os itens até o quarto, a resposta foi "pode vir aqui pegar". Café da manhã decepcionante tambem.

Pros:

Near the Stamford train station.

Cons:

Heat and elevators not functioning and repair was needed. Hotel needs repair. Staff doing the best they can but seem uninterested at times.

Closed for event. Couldn't stay.
Pros:

It's hard to give a proper review on a place you didn't stay. Security guard was friendly. Booking.com staff was helpful in resolving the problem and issuing a refund. Location was ideal and it was a good price at the time of booking.

Cons:

Booked December 2025 for my April 2026 stay. Showed up around 8pm and turns out the hotel was closed for a private event. I was told staff were contacting those with reservations but I was not contacted by phone/email all day nor the week or even month leading up to the stay. Had to drive through the night back home.

Breakfast was very poor no selection and we went down for breakfast at 9-30 and everything was cleared away we were told breakfast went untill 10am

Pros:

Clean, affordable, great breakfast in a clean and comfortable seating area.
Each staff member from those at the check in counter to the housekeeping staff to the staff at the restaurant were so very polite and helpful.

Cons:

The only thing that was a concern was that I felt anyone could have walked in from the street through the parking lot in the back.
Only concern.

This is my go to place when I stay for work in Stamford.
Pros:
