Top notch hotel with a great location
Pros:

I love the old new york look of a hotel. The location is fantastic and we walk everywhere from there. Great restaurant and coffee shops around too.
The rooms we get are always comfortable. We ask for higher floors so that we don't hear much noise.
Almost everytike, we stay there.

Cons:

You might wait for the elevator sometimes but only rush hours.
