Great location, great value for money and generally a lovely hotel!
Pros:

The hotel is art deco style and the rooms are lovely. Comfortable pillows - an absolute must! Would just have liked a kettle to make tea. We aren’t all coffee drinkers!

Cons:

The restaurant only served breakfast but not dinner. We didn’t use it at all, but would have done if it opened for dinner.

The ideal hotel for family vacation.
Pros:

The location, it’s walkable to many tourist destinations like Rockefeller, Time Street & Grand Central Terminal. Restaurants are also nearby including the grocery store. Most of all, the location of Warwick is safe from homeless and scammers.

Cons:

The elevator though. It works very slow during peak hours 10am to 12nn.

Super clean, nicely maintained, loves the classic feel! Great location too.

Cons:

Wish there was a mirror outside of the bathroom. Very small bathrooms.

Pros:

Las camas muy cómodas, las sábanas super suaves y la calidad de las almohadas para un excelente descanso. El agua caliente excelente, nunca se acaba y la presión de las duchas un lujo. La limpieza de primera y el.presonal muy amable sobre todo uno de los muchachos de la entrada que no supe su nombre.

Delightful room with smart details that deliver traveler convenience
Pros:

The details made the difference! Each bedside had ample plugs & USB/C ports, good bedside and room lighting, and a special favorite of mine abundant space to unpack including bedside tables with 3 good sized drawers. It was especially cold while we were in NYC so having an extra blanket in the closet was great. The room was larger than most NYC hotel rooms and while not fancy, it really was a very comfortable spot and we'd book again happily.
The evening doorman, Adam, was especially helpful. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was its proximity to MOMA -- very convenient!

Cons:

While there was a basic coffee maker in the room that used Starbucks pods, we did miss having coffee available in the lobby. There were no tea pods in-room but I was able to jury-rig the device to use tea bags I carry with me when traveling.
