A great place from which to explore Manhattan
Pros:

Excellent location and breakfast. Good size rooms.

Cons:

It would be nice to have drinks/ snacks available for order during the day - the lounge opens a bit late and the vending machine is too limited in choice.

Pros:

Het hotel is top gelegen op loopafstand van veel toeristische hotspots. Ook veel heerlijke restaurants in de buurt op loopafstand. Wij hadden een grotere kamer en hadden een goed bed.

Cons:

De druk van de douche was wat minder en de airco heeft geen verschillende standen, waardoor het echt een lawaai maakt en de temperatuur lastig te controleren is.

Great location
Pros:

We loved the location, walkable to so many things in NYC. Central park, Times Square, etc

Staff was super helpful and friendly

Cons:

Some things were old and dingy looking, like our carpet in our room.

Also, we could hear the elevator pretty loudly in our room. And our view was literally a brick wall.

Lo mejor de este alojamiento fue la ubicación.

Cons:

Instalaciones viejas, calefacción muy ruidosa que teníamos que apagar por la noche para poder dormir. Contratamos una habitación familiar para cuatro personas pero las camas eran 2 twin beds así que dormimos súper incómodos. Eran camas pequeñas de no más de 1,20m. Para colmo de males cobraban extra por guardar las maletas el día de la salida y solo aceptaban el pago en efectivo. Fue un horror tener que buscar un cajero el último día para solucionar el problema además del pago de comisiones.

Pros:

nice location, reasonable size room.

Cons:

Noisy, tiny lobby (totally useless), unfriendly staff, they scam you with baggage fees. Very dated, it feels old and poorly maintained. Horrible elevators, long wait times.

Comfortable hotel in a great location
Pros:

The location is superb, 5 minutes walk from the MoMa and close to other museums, Central Park and shops. The room was large and the bed very comfortable

Cons:

No restaurant for lunch or dinner and no room service

Je reviendrais avec plaisir
Pros:

Super emplacement, proche Central Park et Times Square à 15min à pied. Chambre spacieuse et ménage fait tous les jours. Service bagagerie pour 2$/bagage le dernier jour, ce qui permet de profiter jusqu’au dernier moment de la ville.
