Perfect location, so beautiful and clean, friendly helpful staff
Pros:

The location was so convenient, the staff was attentive and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and kept immaculately. The room I chose was perfect and so roomy with great views. 10/10 recommend.

Cons:

The elevators are a bit small, and you had to wait some, but honestly it was a minor inconvenience.

Un hôtel historique bien placé dans Manhattan
Pros:

L’emplacement, le personnel est vraiment agréable, réactif et à vos soins. Le côté historique de l’hôtel (Les Beatles y ont séjourné). Grande chambre.
Si l’on revient à New York on retournera dans cet hôtel

Hôtel sympa, emplacement idéal
Pros:

Emplacement idéal proche de Central Park, Time Square, Hell’s Kitchen et 5e Av. Plusieurs stations de métros à proximité également. Grande chambre, propre et machine à café bienvenue.

Cons:

Insonorisation très moyenne, 22e étage on entend encore les bruits de la rue et surtout les chambres d’à côté (on entend les voisins parler).

Helt ok frukost, hade varit nice med buffe frukost.

Cons:

Ibland fick man rummet städat, ibland ej. När det väl städades så blev rummen otroligt fina! Dem visste att vi var 4:a som skulle bo där ändå så hängde det endast två handdukar varje dag.

Lage war super. Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer sauber und kompfortabel

Geräumiges Zimmer. Schönes Badezimmer. Die Lage war perfekt für uns.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Stadtblick gebucht. Allerdings war nur das gegenüberliegende Mauerwerk zusehen, dadurch war es immer dunkel im Zimmer. Da wir allerdings den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren störte es uns eher weniger :)

Door Staff were perfectly polite!

Cons:

My stay was significantly below expectations due to being allocated an interior room with no natural light, which was not disclosed at booking, along with ongoing scaffolding and construction noise from early each morning. The lack of transparency regarding the room conditions and disruption greatly impacted both comfort and usability during my four-night stay, and my concerns were not handled helpfully by staff.

Our stay was terrible from the minute. We got there. First the idiot at the front desk charged my card and her card her card for 2300 my card for 2100 then said oh we can’t put it back on her card as I was day they were only supposed to take out $400 for the incidentals you come to find out that night that they taken out 23 off her card so I went back down there and all of a sudden they were able to take that off service was not great. People were rude room was so small and crappy we will never ever ever stay at this hotel again and I will make sure to let everyone know not to stay here. Trust me be smart. Don’t stay here. There’s so many way better hotels in New York especially for that price. I will make sure to tell everyone never to stay here.

Location almost makes up for the price and outdated room.

Location is great and the restaurant was good.

Cons:

Hotel is more outdated than I expected. I know it’s a historic hotel, but I thought renovations were done. Room and bathroom were much older and smaller than expected.
