The price was good but this is a case of you get what you pay for
The room definitely looked run down but I was ok with that. However, had to call and request a blanket for the bed since that Qamar one in the bed. No towels to take a shower with. Staff liked and acted like they really didn't want to be there. Worst experience and do NOT recommend.
Room had running hot water.
Room was dirty. Dried salsa on the telephone. Dirt on the floor. What appeared to be dried bodily fluids on the mirrors. Television did not work and staff could not fix it. Sheets were stained.
It put a roof over my head
It was not clean. The microwave had mold in it. There was look like pee on top of the doorway in the bathroom. They came in to clean my room, but did not change the sheets on the bed. The staff is very slow if TV doesn't work right. There's always trash down at the bottom of the stairs.

Nothing I couldn’t get a hold of management. Someone has stole my shoes. The first room I was in smelled so bad I asked the man at the front desk if they issues with mold. He said no. I’m sure that’s what is was. I had no choice but to rebook,
The air conditioner didn’t work, the television didn’t work and neither did the telephone.. someone came in my room and stole my shoes. I will never come back. Trying to get management is a joke.
The room was bigger than I thought it would be
The price was too high for the water in the shower not to get hot. It had a coffee maker microwave in a refrigerator, but you only can plug up one at a time. Once I took my food out of the refrigerator I had to turn it off just to use the microwave.

They have no hot water and didn't tell me when I checked in. That was a false advertisement. The lady behind the counter acted like there was no problem. I paid 80 dollars for a room with no hot water after working 16 hours. And on top of that your agent was not much help in solving this situation. I will not be using your app anymore.
