Great base for Dusseldorf
Pros:

Hotel is a few tram stops from Dusseldorf HBF, a lot of things are within walking distance.
It was clean, fairly modern hotel. The continental breakfast was adequate. Staff were friendly.
The pillows were rubbish, but apart from that it was a great hotel

Arranged to pay on arrival and no mention of cancellation fee. Had to cancel but charged for both nights. Tried to speak to hotel but manager never available.
Watch for small print as hotel not interested in helping

Not a 4 star hotel ,
Pros:

The room doesn’t likes the pics and was very smell , and they don’t allow check in before 3 pm ,when you shower you can only have 2 minutes bite water after that only cold water won’t go back again ,
