Drinks are a little pricey.
Beautiful hotel in a wonderful location - near the train station and walkable to all the sights of Florence.
Very small things but the rooms weren’t particularly soundproof and the pool is only small (however we didn’t actually use it and thought the rooftop area was gorgeous in the evening for drinks)… drinks were very expensive though, compared to some surrounding restaurants.

pokój premium de lex, okazał się być norką z widokiem na patio ( była możliwość zmiany widoki za 150 EUR dodatkowo..., na śniadaniu jajecznica z proszku, fajnie ale nie w tego typu hotelu..., 1 wszy raz spotkaliśmy się z obowiązkiem rezerwowania wejścia do fitnessu..., basen zamykają już o 19 czyli nie można wieczorem posiedzieć i podziwiać widoków z basenu.

Top locatie. Heerlijk ontzorgt. Top service. Ontbijt voortreffelijk. Kamer heerlijk ruim met goede bedden. Het zwembad met het warme weer is top.
This hotel was totally dreamy. From the rooftop pool to the lobby bar to the comfortable rooms to the location, it was a truly wonderful experience. I would absolutely stay here again.

un excellent accueil, une chambre en étage élevè comme nous le souhaitions avec vue sur la place et la ville, un accès à la piscine très pratique, le personnel du bar de la piscine très sympathique et à l'écoute avec beaucoup de patience.
un peu trop d'enfants dans la piscine (mais en Aout ce peut être normal)
the hotel's location was amazing. The hotel is newly renovated, so everything was clean and pretty. Our only concern was that the cold water in the bathroom was not really cold but rather lukewarm. That was inconvenient. We were there for 2 nights and did not have a chance to even ask about it.
