They staff is very friendly , responsive snd professional. Breakfast was good and they never ran out of anything. The hotel is very clean.

Had to move from first room due to excessively loud music from rooms at both sides of our assigned room (at 5 pm!) moved to second room and when returned from dinner, tv had “no signal”. Front desk clerk came to room and plugged and unplugged cords and then told us “well, technology is great, when it works. I’ll contact maintenance tomorrow.” No offer to discount room, move to another (third!) room with working tv; simply “oh, well…too bad!”tried to contact onsite personnel at check out in morning to complain, but finally just left after waiting for 10+ minutes for someone to show up at lobby desk.

Will definitely stay here again
Pros:

Lady that worked the breakfast area was very friendly. Breakfast area was clean and refreshed. Bed area pretty comfy and nice sized gym.

Cons:

They didn’t clean the room every other day as I was told they would. They only refreshed towels.

The property itself was fine, but I had prepaid and was charged again.
Pros:

The room was reasonably priced and conveniently located. I also like that breakfast was available by 6am which isn't always the case on a weekend.

Cons:

Even though I prepaid, I was charged again and still haven't received the refund. I talked to the front desk person while I was there to address this concern, and he kept responding "I heard you".
