Pros:

Breakfast was great, nice to have access to the gym even though it was tiny

Cons:

The tv service was inconsistent and the channel guide provided on QR code by the tv was not accurate

Nice but could use updateing

Everything was nice except previous damage

Cons:

Looked like some1 had been in a fight in our room previous...door jam was screwed back on and not very neatly...and shower had a hole kicked in back of it and again not neatly glued/fixed

It was very calming and relaxing. Everyone was super nice and respectful.
Pros:

My overall stay was wonderful. I will definitely be staying with you guys on my next business trip which will be in Alab
Pros:

I enjoyed the friendly staff. The Lady Mary in kitchen was very nice and helpful. My mom who is elderly needed some extra help. My mom went to breakfast without us, Mary was very accommodating.

Cons:

No jacuzzi I wanted to relax.

We really enjoyed the large room since we were a party of four. Spacious,comfortable, and enough breakfast offerings. The pool also looked nice even though we didn’t have time to use it.

Check out was smooth a d easy. Breakfast was ok

Cons:

Room kept getting messed up. Had to wait to get checked in ( 30minutes) because rooms were still being cleaned. Bought a suit, was given a standard king room.

Pros:

I slept on the sofa... which was fine..
I was traveling with a toddler and an infant in addition to my son and daughter in law. .. it was a quick stop over after a long day of driving... staff and hotel met our expectations... especially a morning swim with the 3 year old after breakfast!
