It was within walking distance to most of the things I wanted to see and do in the area. Bed and bathrooms were clean

The location and patio with historic live oak tree are assets. The room and breakfast, not so much.

Villa 1865- not bad for price
Pros:

Location good not too far from historic downtown.. Tour trolly stops right there and parking lot is literally across street from Fountain of Youth. Only complaint was we did not have hot water when we woke up. They sent maintenance to fix it, but we had to be at a tour by 9 so checked out without showering. Gave me $20 off.

Cons:

Little run down, but fair for price you pay. We had a king room and it was nice size. On end with bay window. She told me it was an upgrade.

The location was great for a wedding at the fountain of youth

Cons:

The room felt bleak. It needs some art on the walls, a room lamp, etc to warm it up. Also the AC unit made the room stink.
