Nice place to stay if you just need a place to sleep.
Pros:

They did have a hot breakfast there in the mornings. It’s in a good part of town. Lots of room to hang out outside.

Cons:

There were no coffee, creamers or sugars in the room with the coffee set up.

Pros:

The service was very friendly. Convenient location with parking and a stop for the Old Town Trolley. You can buy tickets for the Old Town Trolley at the reception and leave your car in the parking lot for the duration of your tour. Breakfast was good. Coffee was available at all times at the reception.

Cons:

It was difficult to close the bathroom sliding door. The door kept opening unexpectedly.
The entrance door doesn't look clean.

I'll never stay here again!
Pros:

The mattress was decent. Not great, but decent. The shower was nicely styled.

Cons:

The room was not clean - the floors had pieces of plastic on them. The baseboards were disgustingly dirty. The furniture was chipped and needed replacing. The refrigerator wasn't cold even though I turned it on the coldest setting. The room's paint job needed to be done again.

Great value stay, easy location to walk around all the points of interest in St Augustine

Not overall what I imagined
Pros:

It was a pretty room and very cozy

Cons:

Breakfast was definitely not what I expected! It was very nasty! Also the guy who was in the kitchen was very rude!

good location, average overall stay
Pros:

Property is conveniently located especially if you do the sightseeing trolley it’s one of its stops for the historic tree on site.
We got a renovated room. Bathroom was a good size.

Cons:

The motel looks better at night when it’s lit up, during the day it looks not maintained. The bed was average but the bed base has a tin or aluminum side that makes noise from yourself getting into or your spouse, it can be a disturbing noise. Staff I thought was average in my few interactions. Breakfast was average. But location for 2 nights to see Saint Augustine was good!

The staff was very nice. The place was clean and in a good location.
Pros:

The property was in a good location. Tge manager was very helpful. We were in a room where the people in the adjacent room were quite loud and our room was changed for us. The manager could not have been nicer.

Cons:

It was a little dated for the money we had to pay to stay there.
The bathroom had been redone but the furniture was old and uncomfortable beds.

Nice motel, but they need hotter water in the showers.
Pros:

Breakfast was nice: various hot and cold offerings. Breakfast room staff was friendly and kept eating area clean and stocked. The only downside we remember was the temperature of the "tepid" water in the shower: took several minutes to get water that was passably warm. Very convenient to the majority of attractions; we walked most places.

Cons:

Rooms, and motel in general, are dated but in good condition. We had a better experience than what was expected based on other reviews.
