Nice hotel but the experience was tarnished by inconsiderate guests.
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was as expected.

Cons:

The noise from the room above me was awful. Occupants were running and jumping around. It appeared that there were more than the stipulated max 4 persons occupation and the smell of cannabis was prevalent within the building. The facts were related to management who took the complaint seriously as there was a no smoking policy at the hotel.

Could use some sprucing up but nice anyway!

The room itself was clean. Check in was easy. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

To help Best Western improve:
The hallway on my floor (4th) needed vacuuming.
The room, though clean, was so gray. I wonder if even one warmer tone light might improve this. It was also a tad humid even with the air conditioning on (hot weather wasn’t helping).
Our window had a solid shade but no optional sheer curtain, which allowed no outside light in. This added to the drab feeling.
The scrambled eggs at the free breakfast, though fluffy, were too salty and for me, inedible.

Excellent place for a quick stop over.
Pros:

The room was clean. The bathroom was upgraded. Liked the quietness.

Not too much. The elevator floor and some outside floors could be better cleaned.

Pros:

It was available and offered what they said they had. They were quick, and also accommodating. They had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash stocked in the shower.

Cons:

The room had a stench, bathroom tub wasn’t the greatest, you can tell the room takes a beating with guest coming through but no maintenance to keep up with it. It was a wet muggy room, you could literally feel it as you walk in and trying to sleep with that feeling was somewhat uncomfortable. The sheets feel humid some. You can see chipped areas in the bathroom. Room needs touch ups, no hand soap, only facial soap. No extra small towels. Just exactly the two, first time I’ve ever experienced that.

I would not recommend anyone stay here
Pros:

It was pretty close to the airport.

Cons:

The property was very unclean, from roaches to black mold I would not recommend anyone stay here.

It's a good hotel. We stay there frequently when visiting our daughter at NC State.
Pros:

overall it was good. Just in the hall outside of our room it smelled like marijuana

Pleasant stay
Pros:

I loved the customer service, very personable staff. And my Haitian Sister was most hospitable ;-)

Cons:

I think the hallways would benefit from some sort of air freshener....always seemed to be some kind of odor.
