Beautiful!
Pros:

Beautiful setting, room was tastefully decorated. Comfortable bed. I can imagine this would be the perfect place for a wedding or corporate event, but as a solo traveller I was made to feel very welcome.

Cons:

Nothing! I had a perfect stay.

Pros:

The property is beautiful

Cons:

The staff were very rude and have no customer service skills. I requested 12pm checkout and I was happy to pay if it was needed. The check-in staff confirmed 12pm checkout was fine. From 10.50am the house keeping started knocking on the door. 1st time they were informed we have 12pm checkout. They returned again 15 minute later and asked again. Again they were informed. Before 12pm 3 members of staff knocked on the door and we also received a call from reception asking the same question which had already been relayed to the housekeepers. Now I was delayed in leaving by 12pm because I had to keep putting my meeting on hold to deal with staff. 12.15 as we were grabbing our stuff to leave the 4th member which was the manager of house keeping knocked on the door and was very rude. Didn’t give us the chance to apologise for being delayed by 15 minutes and started asking why haven’t we left yet etc. she pointed the blame entirely on us! During checkout I had informed the rude arrogant lady at the desk and all she said was ok! She kept saying ok after each sentence of mine. No class or morals. Not one apology for the lack of communication between the nights team and morning team and no apology on behalf of the house keeping manager who has not got one bit of managerial skills. Sad to see such a beautiful place being run by unskilled workers who can’t even say a simple sorry. I didn’t want any reimbursement and I made that clear. All I expected was a sorry for the miscommunication.
