Front staff were very professional and nice.

No restaurant. One elevator was broken, the other only sometimes worked. No coffee machine in the room, just a kettle.

Perfect location and great start for a European stay.
Pros:

The hotel was in a perfect location to visit all of the attractions and sights you might like to see whilst in Berlin. The underground system has a station right outside to getting around was perfect. The rooms are small but very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and bar area very nice.

Cons:

Only concerns the view from the room was at the back of the hotel right into apartments. Also the bathroom whilst functional is a pod system which is placed into the room, like in Japan and was very noisy when using, but wouldn’t stop us from staying again.

Pros:

Very good location, there are coffee shops and food spots close, close to the metro and Alexanderplatz is a 10 minute walk away! Staff was very helpful, they gave us our room before the check in time and they could accommodate us a late check out aswell, since our flight was late in the evening. Beds were extremely comfortable. Would stay here again!
