Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from a beautiful route through the city center. I also really enjoyed the breakfast and the atmosphere in the restaurant. It’s a wonderful bonus when the hotel hosts an art exhibition.

Cons:

Despite it being early July, the room was a bit chilly, but the air conditioner didn't raise the temperature

Good location. Spa wasn't working when I was there. Value not great considering.

Great location. Nice staff.

Cons:

Spa was out of service for the 4 nights I was there, which is one of the reasons I paid more for this hotel. No cleaning as standard but it's free if you request it.

Pros:

L'emplacement au top proche des bus et métro et pas trop loin à pied des centres d'intérêts

Fint hotell og rett ved undergrunnsbanen og ikke langt fra Alexanderplatz.
Pros:

God service. Romslige rom.

Cons:

De strevde med å servere kald pils, noe jeg mener alle hoteller må klare, men super godt personale som ordnet noe annet til meg. Ansvaret bør ligge på ledelsen, de bør gi de ansatte godt nok utstyr som holder rett temperatur.

Top hotel met ideale ligging
Pros:

Hotel waar alles klopt. Comfortabel, goede kwaliteit kamerfacilieiten en vriendelijk en professioneel personeel. Goede locatie, rustig en centraal met metro en bushalte voor de deur. Alexanderplatz en Museum Insel liggen op loopafstand. Een bakker met lekkere ontbijtjes en koffie op de hoek.

Good location, very frindly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast
Pros:

Breakfast was outstanding, probably the best I ever enjoyed in Germany, huge selection and staff did everything to please the customers.

Cons:

I encountered water problems - only hot (very hot) water came out of both taps. Luckily the technician came pretty soon and eventually they could fix it.
