Unsere Rettung nach dem a&o-Albtraum!
Pros:

Wir könnten nicht glücklicher sein, dieses Hotel gefunden zu haben! Nachdem wir buchstäblich aus dem a&o geflohen sind, haben wir hier endlich alles gefunden, was man für einen normalen und angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt – und noch viel mehr.
Der Unterschied ist wie Tag und Nacht:
Hygiene: Während es im a&o unzumutbar war, ist hier alles blitzsauber und gepflegt.
Komfort: Endlich ein warmes, gemütliches Zimmer! Wir können uns hier wirklich entspannen.
Service: Das Personal ist im Gegensatz zu unserer vorherigen Erfahrung unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell.
Es ist traurig, dass man einen "normalen Standard" heute als Luxus empfindet, wenn man vorher in einem "Mülleimer" gelandet ist. Dieses Hotel hat unseren Urlaub gerettet. Wer Qualität, Sauberkeit und echten Service sucht, sollte das a&o großräumig umfahren und direkt hier buchen.

Çalışanlar oldukça yardımsever, güleryüzlü ve sıcakkanlıydı. Otelin konumu harika, aynı sokakta U2 metro hattı bulunuyor ve her yere rahatça ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Oda oldukça temiz ve konforluydu. Odadaki halıdan olsa gerek düzenli olarak odayı havalandırma ihtiyacı hissettik ancak büyük bir sorun değildi

Great location, great hotel
Pros:

The hotel had a great decoration and everyone was very nice. We just walked everywhere and only took metro to get to the airport which was about half an hour. Beautiful area next to the river.

Cons:

It was good but it was quite expensive and even though everything was very comfortable the room didn't seem to be super lux but we liked it.

Pros:

Tutto perfetto! Hotel moderno e curato in ogni dettaglio. Situato nel quartiere Mitte, leggermente decentrato rispetto alla zona più turistica ma con la fermata della metropolitana a pochi passi. Personale accogliente, stanza molto ampia e pulitissima. Consiglio assolutamente!

Fantastic stay in a great location
Pros:

Very comfortable, great location near public transport, delicious breakfast. The staff were all very friendly and helpful

Cons:

An alternative milk option such as lactose free or oat would be preferable to almond milk which is awful lol.
