Pros:

Camera (la n. 610) super spaziosa, con vista stupenda sulla torre della televisione. Posizione ottima a due passi dalla metro U2... la.linea più comoda per muoversi in città e alcune linee di autobus di fronte all'hotel altrettanto comode (x East side gallery, berliner dom, isola dei.musei reichstag). Colazione continentale varia sia a self service che su ordinazione. Torneremo sicuramente in questo hotel per la.prossima vista a Berlino.

Personal muy, muy amable y dispuesto. Desayunos riquísimos.
Pros:

El personal fue maravilloso y enormemente atento. Dominaban varias lenguas y era muy fácil comunicarse con ellos. Además, el desayuno estuvo delicioso, tanto lo que ofrecían ya preparado, como las opciones de menú.

Cons:

Hubo un par de días (en fin de semana) que no hubo servicio de limpieza, a pesar de que lo habíamos pedido para todos los días. Lo demás fue genial. Nos avisaron varios días antes de que no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, pero lo arreglaron durante nuestra estancia, aunque no nos avisaron de que ya estaba.

Excelente ubicación en el Mitte, cerca del centro, restaurantes cerca y una parada de metro en frente. Todo muy limpio y prolijo, y el staff nos dio un trato excelente.

Jake hat mir von ganzem Herzen sehr geholfen – er ist wirklich ein sehr guter Mensch. Antoni, vielen Dank für die freundliche und gute Behandlung. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, allein wegen ihnen, weil sie so nette und freundliche Menschen sind. Vielen Dank

Pequeno-almoço excelente; Localização excelente (metro à porta mas muitas das atrações estão a 15/20 minutos a pé de distância); Quartos (espaçosos, confortáveis, WC excelente, TV e frigorífico, garrafas de água de welcome); Tinham sempre rebuçados nas zonas comuns e água aromatizada); Atendimento muito cordial e competente; espaços comuns, interior e exterior, muito bonitos e modernos, assim como todo o mobiliário. Excelente relação qualidade-preço;

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, es muy lindo, limpio y cómodo, el personal es muy atento y amable, lo recomiendo!

Cons:

La cama y la almohada no era muy cómoda, muy blanda, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y la habitación era calurosa, pero nos brindaron un ventilador con el que estuvimos bien y nos ofrecieron pasarnos a otra habitación en teoría más fresca, pero para 4 noches estuvimos muy conformes.

Cons:

Wir hatten eine Suite, aber wenn das eine Suite war, wollte ich nicht die anderen Zimmer sehen. Sie war recht klein. Und die Tiefgarage. Mit großen Autos sollte man dies meiden. Man kann eh keinen Platz reservieren. Wir waren froh als wir da heil wieder raus gekommen sind. Unser Auto war schon fast zu lang für den Fahrzeugaufzug.
