The Grill Restaurant is open daily from 17:30hrs, Aviator Bar is open from 9am until late.

Comfortable bed, clean room, good breakfast
The room was far too hot. A/C was insufficient and kept turning off by itself. So despite being shattered from travelling all day I still only managed about 5 hours of broken sleep. The online check-in system didn't work at all, and why I tried checking in using the screen it said my room wasn't ready yet (this was around 23:00!). I then had to join the back of a queue. The shower heat control was extremely frustrating. It went from boiling hot to freezing cold and back, no matter how delicate I was with the dial.

Only 1 pillow per person in a double room.. prefer option for 2 pillows each.
Only 2 tea bags provided. That's not enough for 2 people for an overnight stay.

No airconditioning. Windows could'nt be opened fully. Shower was going hot and cold. Very expensive drinks that weren't even cold.

Incredibly frustrated as we picked this hotel for the EV charging, the fact they advertise as having 5 we thought we’d be safe. What they don’t tell you is four are broken and the other is exclusively for use of their airport coach/bus. The receptionist had the cheek to tell us they fine you if you use them for more than four hours even if overnight - but you can’t even get to use them in the first place!!!
Also very frustrated at the charge of parking which is not noted anywhere when booking. Would not have stayed here if I knew.
Poor acoustics mean poor sleep - especially if you were unlucky as us to be put on the GF by the entrance.

Booked a deluxe double room but given an accessible room which was very dingy looking and had an joining door that was very noisy - asked to move to booked room and then given a double double room.
