Liam give us a great service all night. He was very attentive to us, and engaging with the kids. We would highly recommend him, and would return here without hesitation
Property is fine and serves its purpose. Proximity to the airport is good. I would have liked a way to just walk to the hotel, as I could literally see it, but there didn’t seem to be a safe route to reach it.
I had a really long wait for the shuttle bus when I arrived. It was only about 6pm, but I lost about an hour just waiting. The website said to turn left from the main station entrance, which is incorrect.

4 stars hotel and no one help to bring our bags to the room, there are only 3 trolleys not enough for a big hotel! also no fridge ? No freezer, when we call the front desk no attitude. Never ever going to book this hotel.

Nice staff, especially at the restaurant. It was easy to make a reservationfrom my room. Dinner was very tasty.
Airport prices: £40 for a main and a glad of wine is very expensive. The loo roll holder was loose and the sink plug missing- small things like these impact the overall impression.
Shuttle bus was great and restaurant food was good.
We have stayed many times but this time the room (107) was tired and dated. There was no carpet, only hard floor making it noisy with suitcases and pulling out the chairs. The bed was uncomfortable and kept moving away from the headboard. The bathroom sink was stained and there was no shower cap or other basics.
