Great location, with convenient 24-hour shuttle bus, welcoming staff, great facilities.

Location exactly what we wanted .Courtesy bus was quick and very efficient.Self service check in and out was great.
Our room was in a very noisy place. Lots of other guests banging around during the night , slamming doors and shouting.

The location and staff were great
The room was expensive for what it was although I had booked last minute.
I was apparently given a "free upgrade" to a room which had wallpaper coming off the walls, a bottle of water that had already been opened and drunk from, and lamps with bulbs not working
There was also no luggage rack, which I found surprising given that it is an airport hotel.

Erreichbar. Kaffe/Tee auf dem Zimmer verfügbar. Bügeleisen/ Bügelbrett vorhanden. Da Flure sind ruhig, die Zimmer groß. Nettes Personal. Gutes Restaurant/Bar.
Ich war zwei mal in kurzer Zeit im Hotel. Das erste Zimmer war eher verwohnt. Die Badezimmertür wies große Feuchtigkeitsstellen und abgeplatzte Stellen auf. Das Zimmer roch modrig (ggf. früher ein Raucherzimmer?). Dafür war der Preis sehr hoch. Das Zweite Zimmer war in einem besseren Zustand und wies keine schlechten Gerüche auf (war laut Rezeption ein Upgrade).
Very close to the airport with free optional transport to your terminal.
2 areas one for business and meetings and the other for general guests, when finding your room it’s easy to get both areas mixed up as there is no clear signs.
We arrived on our late flight and the shuttle made it easy to get to the hotel. The hotel staff were very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. We had no complaints
