Good value for money for travellers using Manchester airport.
Pros:

The beds were really comfortable and that's the most important thing for a hotel next to an airport. The bathroom and shower were also very good. The receptionists were helpful.

Cons:

We thought the hotel was in need of a bit of sprucing up. The restaurant staff in the bar were not very competent. We got our meals but had to wait for knives and forks.

Pros:

Room was comfy and clean, no problem there. Food was very good at the restaurant. Walkable to the airport, amazing location in that sense.

Cons:

Hotel check in was a mess. We were given the keys to someone elses room, and I had to argue with the reception for 10 minutes in order to get the keys to a room that wasn't that one. Also I pre-paid for and booked dinner on the check in machine and it threw up an error and the reception told me they had not record of me having booked any dinner or paid for it. I had to book it 3 times in the end. Really poorly run check-in system ruins the stay, Terrible impression, especially since I expect most people are staying for a very short time since the hotel is mainly useful as it's very close to the airport.

Wonderful breakfast, customer service and airport convience but the noise made it hard to sleep
Pros:

The beds were very comfy and it was clean.. Also there was a damp musty smell coming from the bathroom.Aiport location was super convenient. Breakfast was wonderful with many options.

Cons:

The noise of doors clunking, footsteps upstairs and voices in the hallway throughout the night made it hard to sleep so I had lots of interrupted sleep. The bathroom smelled like damp. I asked for earplugs at reception and even though lots of items were sold they said they don't sell these. May be a good recommendation to offer these for people who are light sleepers.

Location is very handy for the airport

Cons:

Meal in the restaurant was really bad and very expensive

The TV was broken and didn't get fixed

Some staff were less than helpful. The manager was excellent however and tried to sort out the room issues.

Good stay small things to improve!
Pros:

This hotel is a great location near Manchester airport and was very clean and comfortable for a nights rest before and after holiday. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport was quick and efficient.

Cons:

Booked a room for 3 adults and the bathrooms only had 2 towels - not major however slightly irritating when you’re leaving during the middle of the night for your early flight etc. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel did take 40 minutes to arrive which is quite irritating after a long travel day however after a second phone call to the hotel to say we were waiting the shuttle came 10 minutes later.
