False fire alarm in the middle of the night .
Lovely clean rooms and great facilties.
The fire alarm going off at 5am for no reason and then on & off for next 15 mins. Disturbed nights sleep
Location
I specifically booked a room with a large shower no bath but it had a bath with the shower above. The shower was stuck on hot so unable to reduce the heat, on the hottest day of the year. Room had rubbish under the bed. When I complained to night staff I was told the shower worked earlier.

It was only after booking a non-refundable room that it was made clear that parking was £17. Feel it should be explicitly stated in description
