Comfortable stay in good location
Pros:

Comfortable room. A little bit dated and well used, but as I had my dog with me it was fine. Staff were friendly and helpful. I asked for a quiet room and it was. Dogs are allowed in the restaurant as long as they are on a lead, however, I didn't go in there. There's also plenty of parking spaces.

Cons:

Annoyingly, the hairdryer didn't work. I had to reported it twice before I got a replacement. The shower tray was also slow to drain. Cleaning for my dog was £20 a day and parking £17 a day, which I feel is very expensive, especially due to the condition of the room. Otherwise, a comfortable stay.

Pros:

The room was big and clean. Within walking distance of town centre. The breakfast was ok and staff were friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Receptionist at check in was unfriendly and impolite.
The room smelled heavily of smoke despite being a no smoking room.
A coach load of boys arrived on the second day and were put right next to me and woke me up at 630 running up the corridor and shouting.
