Great location.
Extras for everything it seemed. Not cheap. Paid extra for breakfast for me and my family £98!!!!!!! Wasn't restocked well. Staff unwelcoming. Shame.

Clean room, great breakfast, good location, and friendly and helpful staff at the reception.
The sauna rooms could have been more enjoyable but they were not functioning one after the other.
Brilliant value for money. The room was perfect for us and the hotel was an ideal location for the plans we had throughout our trip. The staff were really pleasant and helpful too. Thank you for making our trip to Bristol a comfortable one! We will definitely be back!

We slept really well both nights that we stayed. Beds comfortable and street was quiet. Staff very friendly. We used the sauna and gym, both of which were quiet, in good condition and had everything we needed.
Location very walkable to the main sights of Bristol centre within 5-15 minutes.
Only minor point - the bathroom air conditioning/extractor either wasn't working or was very weak, but we were able to open the windows in the main room to refresh the air so it wasn't a big problem.
Very close to venues, and has the bonus of an added car park on site.
For £83 a night I would expect better from a room. The bottom sheet was stained, there was a hair pin left from previous guest and the shower constantly dripped which kept us awake. The shower cubicle also had some form of mould growing under the bottom seal which should have been scrubbed.
