Estancia ómoda
Pros:

La localización 10/10, a 5 minutos caminando del centro y a 2 minutos de la estación de tren. La parada de autobús del aeropuerto al lado. La zona tranquila y no se nota para nada insegura.

Respecto a la habitación, sencilla pero muy cómoda y agradable, con las camas bastante cómodas.

Cons:

Si tuviese algo a decir sería sobre la ducha, que para subir es muy alta y luego la mampara no cubre todo por lo que tienes que ir con cuidado para no dejarlo todo mojado. Pero esto es un problema general en Reino Unido porque no es el primer hotel que me encuentro así.

Pros:

The localisation was great, city center or train station temple meads where you can travel to Cardiff, Bath, or see Stonehange. In the room also everything what we need was there.

Cons:

Maybe to clean a carpet is only one thing what supposed to be done

The mystery of the missing pizza
Pros:

Good location close to the station

Cons:

We paid £17 for a pizza to share when we got in and room service had taken it !!!!! Not partially eaten, not in bin, quite obviously not to be thrown away. Absolutely fuming.....and starving !!!!

Not my best stay with them but not enough to never go again.
Pros:

Convenience, staff and size of room. Everything sparkling clean. Have stayed before and will no doubt stay again.

Cons:

The TV was quite far away, the bed squeaked horribly every time I turned over (bed slats not secured) and the consumables (coffee, shampoo and milk) were not replenished.
