Staff (including Yasin, Emre, Erdem) were nice and tried to be helpful. The breakfast was quite good as was the location. They offered both soft and firm pillows which was great too.
Lack of control over the room temperature made the stay uncomfortable.
I like everything, all staffs are very friendly and approachable. All service are excellent. We will come back again. We will also put good reviews on Booking.com. Thank you for letting us having a lovely time.

الإفطار لم يكن متنوعاً ولكن هذا لا يمثل لي أهمية كبيرة. موقع الفندق ممتاز وقريب من الترام والأتوبيس وقريب من الخدمات الأخرى مثل السوبر ماركت والمطاعم والصيدليات ومكاتب الصرافة. الهدوء والنظافة وسرعة الاستجابة لطلبات النزلاء والمعاملة اللطيفة تميز كل العاملين بالفندق.

The rooms are large and comfortable. The main lobby offers many dining options. The drive to the old town is short and allows you to escape the buzz.
This is my first review on tripadvisor. I am very sceptical of other reviews but evaluating my stay at Eresin Topkapi I would like to share my experience. This is the first time I am in this hotel. It is connected with the Turkish Airlines Stopover program. The hotel has always tried to accommodate and provide warmth, positive energy and care even when my arrival was before the official check-in. Yesterday my Stopover program was not avaialable (no 72 hour registration requirement) but I still chose the hotel Eresin. It was a great pleasure solving any problems with teh manager Tekin. - hospitable and caring professional willing to help and support guests. I would like to note Melisa and GiGek-Bedirhan in their efforts to help guests at the reception. Spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, good gym, excellent swimming pool and sauna make this hotel at its price category the best one in Istambul and my personal experience as a traveller.
The experience in hotel Eresin is excellent. Emre, Melisa, Bedriham and Bedrihan was excellent. The breakfast was great too. Would love to come back to this hotel next time when I visit Istanbul. The service was excellent.
