Great choice away from busy areas
Pros:

Room is clean and modern. breakfast is acceptable with a variety of cheese and bread. Location is Convenient. Train station is in front of the hotel - 20mins train ride to Sultanahmet and 20mins bus ride to taksim square/istiklal. There are streets nearby for food too. Safe environment for solos and family.

Great staff services from EROL the receptionist and SOBON the waiter made us feel at home! Thank you
Pros:

We stayed a total of 5 nights. Room was great. Quiet. Clean. Like the layout with Twin beds. Very comfortable beds. Room service was good. Replenish our drinks daily. Spread at the breakfast of local delights is delicious.

The best that the hotel offers is the high standard of staff service.
My sister and I arrived late on a wet and cold night ( 1.20am flight). We were welcomed warmly by EROL, staff on duty at the reception. He patiently explained all that we need to know about the hotel and how to move around Istanbul. Another staff to be commended is the waiter at the restaurant. His name is SOBON, an Indoneisan. Good service.
I apologise that I did not take down the names of the gentlemen who helped us with the luggage bags, gave an Istankul bus card to us and helped us with borrowing umbrellas when it rained. A big thank you!

Eresin hotel Topkapi is fortunate to have such good service staff. Thank you!

Cons:

The location. A little out from the main attractions. However, there is a tram line just outside the hotel which is a plus to the hotel. Price is a little too high for the room.

From staf to food environment was 100% I would recommend it is great holiday we had one off best hotel for family we had beautiful time I like to say thank u for all team iff I had chance again I will stay same place close to trade line shopping center we travel every were very handy place

Una porquería de hotel que le sobran 4 estrellas
Pros:

La fachada y la entrada todo de película y todo hasta el ascensor porque de ahí ya cambiaba todo el escenario, les sobran estrellas, 4 les sobran para ser más exactos.

Cons:

Que son una estafa, 5 noches 600€ sin parking y sin desayuno. Con una bebé que no tenía nada de apoyo en cuanto a las necesidades básicas.
A pesar de no tener el desayuno decidimos desayunar pero al momento que te sentabas ya venían por detrás con la papeleta para que recuerdes que tienes que pagar, acoso total que ya se te quitaban las ganas de comer.
La habitación estaba sucia con las sábanas y toallas llenas de pelos, el colchón que te hundías al sentarte, mi peso es de 58kg, vamos que estaba mejor en el sofá.
Las ventanas no son insonorizadas por lo que todo el día y la noche se escuchaba todo lo que pasaba en la calle, horrible por el tráfico y el hospital de las cercanías.
Por otro lado nos forzaron dejar un saldo como garantía que nos entregarían al salir, pues fue mentira no nos devolvieron nada, no creo que era una gran cantidad pero no era su dinero, sino el de nosotros, que podríamos haber comprado algo para la bebé.
La parte más triste fue que al salir del parking nos bloquearon la salida porque había que pagar parking, lo que pasa es que nadie te dice estas cosas, pero bueno como es que este hotel es de 5 estrellas y debes pagar parking después de habernos quitado 5mil liras por noche?
Que desastre, no volveríamos ahí jamás, una estafa tremenda.

الماء كان يخرج من الحمام بعد الاستحمام وتظل الغرفة مي وشكيت اكثر من مره بدون اي حل واذا اطلب شي يتاخر اكثر من مرة اطلبه حتى يوفروه
