Good location.
I was not told about the historic fee, okay. I was not told about the initial fee which is I assume is a lack of trust of your client. My credit card should be a sign of trust. Accounting never called me after two messaging. Bottom line: unclear or no fee info to the client. No help from the reservations phone.

Propreté de la moquette à l’étage peu soigné, chambre (3423) extrêmement bruyante avec le bruit assourdissant des climatisations alentours, pas de vue, chambre sombre, équipements minimalistes, bouteille d’eau facturée 12$, un gobelet en carton à l’arrivée - où sont passées les tasses ou mug en porcelaine d’antan ?
Pas de petit déjeuner possible sur place.
Check in was a little hectic for me. The room wasn’t in good condition. However the second room was perfect. The engineer was really kind and helpful. He had great suggestions that I followed.
I would’ve liked to be able to use a QR code to check out. Otherwise it was fine.

Air conditioning was quite noisy
The location was great, and the staff were friendly.
Our visit was Friday - Monday. On Saturday afternoon, we were told there would be a power outage in our building, so they would be moving us by 6pm on Sunday evening (our last night). We decided that it would be a waste to pack everything Sunday, switch buildings/rooms, and then check out Monday morning. We texted and spoke to the receptionist in person to request a refund for Sunday night (since they were essentially kicking us out of our room) and a late check-out for Sunday morning. She had to confirm with her manager, but confirmed via text later. We never received a refund, and when I got Booking.com involved, the Inns of Annapolis still didn't refund us - for something that wasn't our fault. Booking.com has been super helpful, but we won't be staying here again.
On another note - the air conditioning was extremely loud and weak, which made it difficult to sleep through the night between the hot/cold shifts and the loud noises.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The biggest advantages are its excellent location and the very friendly and helpful staff, who made me feel welcome throughout my visit.
On the downside, there were no breakfast. The facilities are quite old and could benefit from renovation. The air conditioning was very noisy, which made it difficult to sleep, and the rooms felt rather dark due to limited lighting.

This was the worst day I’ve ever had at a facility. It was advertised as two beds, and there was one bed and they had no rollaway or anything, and there was my husband myself and my daughter. They were so unhelpful and rude.
