No hot water. Expensive store items with minimum purchase requirements. Poorly lit parking lot.
Cons:

No hot water !! Moved rooms and still no hot water. Barely lukewarm in the second room. Staff suggested leaving the water running for 20 minutes to see if it warmed up! It didn’t and who wants to wait 20 minutes to shower?!
