Pros:

El paseo a la cararata vale la pena, pero las habitaciones huelen mal, al igual que las sabanas y almohada.

Pros:

The staff were awful, the place felt like it was closing down. The staff didn't speak any English and did not even try to communicate. The food was verging on inedible and I wouldn't serve it to my dog. The only person who should visit here is Gordon Ramsey on 'Nightmare Hotels' Definitely avoid this place at all costs

Pros:

Al llegar al hotel no tenía información sobre nuestra reservación y tarifa.

La tarifa publicada en la app no coincidió con la real, teniendo un costo más alto y con costo adicional por las actividades dentro de la reservanatural, lo cual no se menciona tampoco en la publicación.

El lugar es increíble y tuvimos una buena estancia, de no ser por esa falta de información en la publicación.
