My room was not very accommodating the shower had black mold in the caulking around the shower base and room light ing was placed in wrong places to see .It would have been nice if fridge had a freezer as many use too room entry door was hard to open properly and had bad selection of pillows all way to soft.I liked the style of sitting as 2 chairs and a nice lamp to read or work by.The room was not very comfortable to relax in .

I'm not sure I would go back.
Pros:

The location was close to Montreat where I was attending an event. The cookie at check in was nice. Bed was comfortable and ac worked well.

Cons:

There was mold around the bottom of the shower. The floor in the lobby was sticky in places. There was barely enough parking for everyone. The room fire alarm went off at 7 in the morning when I was still in bed. It was scary. I called the front desk and they said I may want to come to the lobby, then they said "never mind". I never knew what that was all about.

Overall, and excellent experience with that one problem of the heavy pocket door
Pros:

Breakfast was good and the breakfast staff was friendly. The snack/supplies space next to the front desk was excellent. The room was spotless.
