Leider kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Die Kissen waren durchgelegen. Sehr viele Araber im Hotel mit unzivilisiertem Verhalten.

Great Staff and Location, Some Details Need Improvement
Pros:

Overall, a comfortable stay with several positives, but a few details could be improved.

What I liked:
The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a good bed. It consisted of a bedroom and bathroom, plus a separate living area with a sofa, making it suitable for a family of four, as well as a nice balcony.

The reception staff were excellent—professional, friendly, and very well organized. During check-in, they explained everything clearly and even anticipated many of our questions before we had to ask. The staff member at the restaurant/bar (a Tall guy, I forget his name unfortunately) was also very kind, welcoming, and professional.

I also liked the option to skip daily housekeeping in exchange for a complimentary minibar drink for each guest. It is a nice environmentally friendly idea, especially for guests who don't need their room cleaned every day.

The location is another strong point. It is conveniently located around a 35-minute drive from Ingolstadt Village Outlet, 10 minutes from the airport, and about 25 minutes from Munich city center, making it a strategic base for exploring the area.

Cons:

What could be improved:
The biggest disappointment was the kitchenette. The photos showed a small kitchen with facilities such as a microwave, but our room only had a fridge/minibar and coffee machine, with no kitchenette or microwave.

Parking costs €8 per day. While the price itself is reasonable, considering the hotel is located in a small town, I feel complimentary parking would have been more appropriate.

Finally, more attention should be paid to basic details. Both soap dispensers—at the sink and in the shower—were completely empty. Other amenities were provided, but soap is one of the most basic necessities and should always be checked before guests arrive.

Air conditioning is available, which is a positive, but unfortunately it is located only in the living room. The airflow is quite weak and does not reach the main bedroom effectively, which was particularly noticeable during the recent heatwave in late July and early August.

Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay, with particularly excellent staff, but a little more attention to room facilities and basic details would make the experience much better.

Das Hotel sehr verwinkelt! Schwer zu finden Zimmer ,Frühstück anderes Gebäude ,na ja! Als unwissender der ankommt nach Flug hat man 0 Orientierung abends im Dunkeln! Man kann nicht davon ausgehen wenn man 50 Jahre dort ist das man das Labyrinth sofort erkennt, außerdem viele Schwellen für koffer
