Отель хороший, номер был уютный с потрясающим видом на реку. В отеле термальный бассейн очень хороший, и есть ещё большой бассейн. Кровать в номере большая. Тепло

Бар на верхнем этаже… мы были там одни и слушали фильм официанта, попивая пиво за 700 Лир бокал пива… персонал не готов к встрече гостей)

If you ask for the hotel bill, they will create problems and not give it to you, they will say you booked on Booking, ask them, if you had booked directly with us, we would have given it to you, 2. Another problem, the reservation is made for breakfast and they tell you that you didn't have breakfast because you have to click on breakfast, and they ask for 20 euros per person for breakfast, 3. You go downstairs to use the spa, and they tell you that you are not allowed to enter without covering your head with a rubber hat, and they ask for a 10 euro payment, and in this hotel you always have to have money with you.

Pros:

shower door was not opening or closing peoperly sounded dangerous i think the managment should focus on maintenance or renovations.the price i paid was more than the quality and service i got.
