Would have been great for the price if the bikes were really an option as listed...
Pros:

We stay here every time our son has a soccer tournament is Pasco. We really like the location, pool, sauna. It's clean and the breakfast is really good.

Cons:

They have bikes to take out but they are not taken care of, might as well take them out of commission. The time before last we were like 2 miles away and our son's chain broke and last time all 3 of our tires went flat while we were out. The front desk told us to make sure the tires weren't flat and we thought we picked some that were good to go. Nope. Also, it's a super big bummer that the Salute was gone when we came this time. There isn't much around to get a good dinner and drink. We were really looking forward to eating dinner at the hotel after a long day of soccer.

Pros:

Breakfast was good considering the hotel does not have a fully equipped kitchen, OR I did not see any kitchen. The buffet setup was nice.

Cons:

There wasnt anything in particular that we did not like. Our 1 night stay was very convenient to the doctor's office and the price was right. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful.

It matched for what we paid, it was a great location and the baseball team loved the pool area.
Pros:

The bunk beds in the room were fun! It was a tidy pet friendly room which is what we needed.

Cons:

The tv was a bit small and the cleanliness of the pool was questionable, but the kids loved it and they didn't walk away with any skin issues so guess it was fine.

Wouldn’t recommend.
Pros:

The hotel is very run down. The upstairs floor is sagging like it will slide into the river.

Cons:

Very poor condition.

We liked the beautiful bike trail in the back, but the front desk staff needs to be retrained on how to host people
Pros:

The location

Cons:

The staff’s attitude, the floor probably wasn’t mopped ever,

Disturbing lack of care and basic hospitality
Pros:

Absolutely unacceptable experience, especially for a hotel that claims to serve families.

During the night, my 7-year-old became violently ill and vomited in bed. We had to completely strip the bedding and urgently go to the front desk for clean linens while caring for a sick child.

The response from the front desk was shockingly poor. We were told there was no bedding available and that housekeeping would handle it in the morning—leaving a sick child without any proper bedding for the entire night.

Moments later, when I requested at least towels to use as bedding, the staff member was suddenly able to retrieve clean bedding from the back. This directly contradicted what we were just told and showed a complete lack of urgency and honesty.

There was no empathy, no effort to help, and no basic hospitality shown in a moment where any decent hotel should have immediately stepped in.

This experience was not just poor service—it was disturbing. I would not recommend this hotel to any family.

Pros:

Great location along the river an could all the dog easily. Nice staff and decent breakfast as well.

Cons:

The overall hotel is dated, cheaply built and looks like the recent remodel was on the cheap as well. Not super comfy but fine for one night.

Pros:

Close location to where we needed to be.
Friendly staff. Pet friendly.
Main lobby was beautiful and the room itself looks like it had been updated somewhat recently.
Great complimentary clbreakfast.

Cons:

The bathroom felt like a cheap motel that had somewhat been updated. At first glance it looked great. But the more time you spent. It got worse. The TP holder was broken (no biggie) but the tub/shower was rough! Rusted spots, looked like it hadn't had a deep clean in a hot minute. And the shower head sucks. Yes it still was nice to get a hot shower, but definitely was not the relaxation I needed after being at the motocross track all day.
Would we stay again, definitely.
