Schöne Zimmer - tolles Personal - gerne wieder!
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren hübsch, die Betten sehr komfortabel. Es war sehr sauber in der Lobby, im Zimmer und in den Gängen.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es gab frische Säfte, frisches Obst, Joghurt, Granola, verschiedene Milch-Sorten (Soya, Mandel, half-half, ...), gegrilltes Gemüse (mein Favorit!), Gurke, Paprika, Mozzarella, Omelettes zu bestellen, und vieles mehr.
Die Rezeption hat freundlich und prompt reagiert. Besonders freundlich waren auch die Damen des Housekeepings und die Herren der Haustechnik, die man täglich am Gang antrifft.
Jeden Tag wurde frisches Wasser bereit gestellt.
Es war kein Problem auf Wunsch mehr Handtücher zu bekommen.
Die Aufzüge sind top, wir mussten kein einziges Mal warten.
Ein Taxi zu bestellen für den Abend und die Koffer inzwischen zu lagern hat perfekt funktioniert. Das Personal ist immer bemüht.

Besonderen Dank an Fredrick Jones, der mir half, dass ich nach 4 schlaflosen Nächten in einem anderen Zimmer zur Ruhe fand und dort so perfekt schlief, es war ein Traum.
Ich habe Dich, Fredrick, leider nicht mehr persönlich angetroffen die nächsten Tage um mich persönlich zu bedanken.

Dieses Hotel hat so viel Gutes, dass es das Schlechte massiv überwiegt.
Einzig die technischen Schwierigkeiten müssten optimiert werden und etwas Verbesserung beim Frühstück sollte stattfinden.
Daher möchte ich unseren Aufenthalt mit 9 von 10 Punkten bewerten.

Cons:

Zimmer 1:
Die Tür zum Badezimmer ließ sich nicht schließen, klemmte so stark, dass die Tür 2 Zentimeter offen stand. Wie unangenehm die Benutzung der Toilette war, kann man sich vorstellen. Nur durch extreme Muskelkraft ließ sich die Tür schließen mit einem sehr lauten Knall. Nachts nicht möglich um den Partner nicht aufzuwecken. Nach 2 Tagen haben wir dies gemeldet und die Tür wurde am gleichen Tag perfekt repariert. Danke
Wir haben nicht verstanden dass man so lange wartet bis Gäste dies melden. So etwas muss dem Housekeeping bei der Reinigung jeden Tag auffallen.
Im gleichen Zimmer lief unter der Glaswand der Dusche beim duschen so viel Wasser nach draußen dass ich jeden Tag mit Handtüchern den Boden aufwaschen musste.
Der Kühlschrank hat kaum gekühlt.

Zimmer 2:
Der Kühlschrank funktionierte gar nicht.
Die Steckdose im Bad funktionierte nicht.
Beides wurde innerhalb von 4 Tagen nicht repariert und nochmals beim Check Out deponiert für nachfolgende Gäste.

Beim Duschen sammelt sich so viel Wasser um den GESAMTEN Rand der Badewanne, bis das Wasser auf den kompletten Boden läuft. 1 Tuch am Boden ist zu wenig. Auch hier musste ich jeden Tag den Boden mit Handtüchern aufwischen. Ich denke das gehört optimiert.
Die Glastür zum Badezimmer gehört besser gereinigt (am Glas überall Handabdrücke, an der Leiste unten viel Staub und Schmutz. Gehen Sie ins Bad hinein und schließen Sie die Tür und schauen Sie selbst.)

Frühstück:
Es gibt nur wenig Personal, das kompetent und stressresistent ist. Viele Kellner wissen nicht was zu tun ist und stehen nur herum und schauen, statt schmutzige Tische abzuräumen.
Die Teller waren leider jeden Tag nicht sauber. (Oft klebt Schmutz an der Unterseite der Teller.)
Manchmal wird der Kaffee nicht an den Tisch serviert sondern es wird an der Bar gebrüllt "2 coffee at the bar" - zur Selbstabholung - wie beim Starbucks. Das halten wir nicht für angemessen für ein so schönes und qualitativ hochwertiges Hotel.

Prettig hotel op supercentrale locatie, goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding (voor NY'se begrippen).
Pros:

Mooi, smaakvol en verzorgd hotel op supercentrale locatie. Personeel allemaal zeer vriendelijk. Fijne kamers en prettige lobby waar ik ook goed en rustig kon werken met mijn zakenrelatie. Prima wifi. Elke dag nieuwe fles mineraalwater en koffie en thee faciliteiten op de kamer plus een koelkastje vond ik ook heel prettig.

Cons:

De kamer die ik aanvankelijk kreeg was gelegen aan de binnenplaats, met gigantische airco-installatie die veel herrie maakte. Toen ik om een andere kamer vroeg konden ze me wel een hoger gelegen kamer bieden, die dan wel op dezelfde binnenplaats zou uitkijken. Die was iets luxer dus die heb ik genomen (ook omdat ik moe was van lange reis) maar de herrie was daar hetzelfde, dag en nacht. Ondanks het dubbele glas had ik daar last van. Omdat ik verder niet veel op de kamer was heb ik het erbij gelaten, maar wel een minpunt vind ik.
Ontbijt vond ik te duur, er zitten heel veel koffietentjes in de buurt waar je veel goedkoper kunt ontbijten
