Thisbis my 3rd atay in 6 months or so.The hotel staff is always very nice, this time I had the breakfast included which was a very nice spread of food. Convenient to midtown east, grand central....
The view was small but mighty from my room this stay.

Cons:

The pillows are way to soft for me as i prefer a firmer pillow and they do not have a selection.

Comfort, location and excellent staff
Pros:

We booked on AirBNB originally and our stay exceeded expectations! Our room was so comfortable, the blackout curtains being one of my favorite accessory’s along with the bonus Nespresso machine! Tim the doorman was always a delight to speak to and after a long day walking around our barkeep Daniel poured a satisfying Manhattan. Highly recommended for family’s, we will be coming back next year!

A very fun, incredible, unforgettable trip.
Pros:

Very good location, extremely well done rooms, and especially the members of staff here are amazing, especially wanted to give a special shout out to my boy Tim, the security guy, very fun and extroverted guy and his cheerfulness really helped me out when I got in trouble with my teachers. Again a very excellent experience here at this hotel.
