Had a great time at this wonderful hotel.
Excellent staff, perfectly equipped rooms. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the Serafina Restaurant to the limit.

Check in was friendly. Tried to check in on my phone via an email link, but it didn’t work. Nice lobby/lounge area. Room was larger than I thought it would be. TV was a little hard to use, but I wasn’t in the room much. Really nice to have a kettle and a Nespresso machine. Large bottle of water as well and a mini fridge. Wasn’t expecting the packaged toiletries, so that was a welcome surprise. Loved the heater in the bathroom and the robe and slippers. (Perhaps these amenities are part of the $20 daily resort fees?) Good location in Midtown East - CVS nearby on 5th Ave, short walk to Grand Central and about 8 min walk to Koreatown. Would definitely stay again.
This hotel checked all of the boxes. Friendly staff, attractive common spaces, bar and restaurant on site, convenient location and pretty quiet for NYC, with a very comfortable and accomodating room too. We were even lucky enough to have a room with a view of the Empire State Building. Great place to stay and we enjoyed being there during our vacation.

This is my second time at this hotel. The location is super convenient. The lobby is very nice. Had lots of fun at the bar. Nice crowd. Deniz checked us in and out. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Gave us great pointers and she set us up right from the start. She made us feel like it’s our home away from home. I will be back for sure and I highly recommend it.
We had a fantastic stay at NH Hotel Madison Avenue. The hotel is located in a perfect spot in New York, making it very easy to reach many of the main attractions.
For New York standards, the room was surprisingly spacious, very clean, and well maintained. Everything felt comfortable and well taken care of. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant.
During our stay we visited the restaurant Serafina, which is connected to the hotel, several times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Every time the food was excellent, the atmosphere was great, and the service was quick and friendly.
This was our first time visiting New York from the Netherlands, and the hotel definitely contributed to making it a wonderful experience.
The only small downside was that the toilet didn’t always flush properly, but aside from that everything was excellent.
Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York who is looking for a comfortable stay in a great location.

This hotel is by far the best there is due to Betty accommodating me & my husband. She checked on us our entire stay and made sure we had the right toiletries & our room was spotless
Great place to start your New York City visit!
1. Absolutely centric. You can reach almost everything within 5-20 min walking distance (10min: Empire State, Bryant Park, Summit, Grand Central Station, 15min: UNO Headquarter, Rockefeller, St. Patrick, 20min: Times Square)
2. Quite enough to relax from NYC rush
3. Super nice and competent team at reception.
4. Perfect room size (we booked higher category Empire State view), cleaning well done.
5. Restaurant for fair-price breakfast inside Hotel. Not cheap, but fair.
On top of all: Fredrick Jones the Guest Relations Manager: he really took care and it was nice to see him again after one year for 2nd stay.
We will come again, sure!
