Perfect hotel for a couple or small family but difficult to communicate preferences prior to arrival.
Pros:

Location and quiet room, loved the Italian restaurant and bar Serafina at the bottom of the hotel. In addition, there was a hotel bar! My middle school daughter and I stayed here and it felt very safe and was comfortable. We were able to walk to several restaurants within a 5-minute walk and felt completely safe. I would definitely book here again.

Cons:

I didn’t like customer service when I needed answers, I didn’t get any. This mainly had to do with after booking and before arrival. I repeatedly asked for parking information and never did receive an answer or help, which turned out to be a nightmare for someone driving into the city finding parking. It would have helped make it less stressful if this information was provided ahead of time. I was also disappointed in the bed size. I had been given an option to choose either a queen or king after booking. After choosing a king, I was given a full sized bed! For the price, it was disappointing, especially when promised either a queen or king.

Super convenient location and generally nice enough that I would come back again if the price is right and I need to be

The woman at check in (Christina?) was very kind and went out of her way to help. The room was spacious. The towels were amazing!

Cons:

The room wasn’t cleaned very well: there was an apple in the floor and food wrappers on the heating vent. Some of the staff were not very friendly, verging on rude.
