The staff was nice, but the facility was extremely crowded
Pros:

The coupon for the drinks was great.

Cons:

Most of the food was gone within a half an hour of the beginning of the feeding hour and so we weren’t able to eat there. We probably wouldn’t have anyway since cafeteria style is not really a thing after Covid.

Everything was great except the elevator.
Pros:

Breakfasts and dinner service was great. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Cons:

One of the elevators was down the entire time of our stay. Made for long waits and very crowded elevator.

Would stay again.
Pros:

I love that they offer breakfast and dinner. It was wonderful especially with kids and knowing where breakfast and dinner would be everyday. That’s a huge weight off of a parents shoulders.

Cons:

Not necessarily their fault but there was a ton of guests and only 1 elevator working. It was a bit of a pain.

For the most part, the staff was amazing. The food very excellent .

Cons:

I was disappointed that there was only one elevator working. And that that there was no service elevator for the staff(housekeeping etc, . On my visit for cocktails on July 31st, the lady serving drinks was inpatient.

My stay at Drury INN
Pros:

For the most part, the staff was very nice. The breakfast and dinner are excellent.

Cons:

There was only one elevator working. There should be a service elevator for the staff. (housekeeping, etc,,, The lady serving the cocktail on Friday evening of July 31st was very inpatient .

It was not my first stay here.
I like location and its proximity to the venue we were attended events at.

Cons:

The value and comfort for what I paid to stay there 2 nights, did not match the expense. The bed not very comfortable, the room nothing special at all for nearly $400 a night. One of the most over priced rooms I have ever stayed in.

Great for a family of 4 with kids with a helpful staff and great amenities.
Pros:

The staff was helpful and quick to respond. The "snack time" with free soda & popcorn was a great unique thing to see. The suite with 2 rooms was spacious and good for a family of 4 with 2 kids. They even had a fan in the room (for noise). The really thought of everything.

Cons:

It's a bit of an old hotel, so it's not flashy or impressive. The pool is kind of small, despite being both indoor and outdoor.

Pros:

The staff that checked me in at the front desk had me in tears. I was celebrating my birthday and they gave me a goody bag and a Birthday card. I was so happy.
