Nice stay but difficult staff
Pros:

I like the location and how clean it was. Beds were super comfy. This is one reason I stay at the holiday inn.

Cons:

I didnt like that when I booked this hotel I was under the impression it had free breakfast. This was NOT the case. Im not sure what happened but even when booking third party there shouldnt be false information listed. This was a huge disappointment.
Also when I got there it took me OVER 30 minutes!!! Apparently it was booked under my married name instead of my maiden name. However instead of just saying he had my name in the system but a different last name he just brushed me off and said he couldn't do anything.
While I understand he couldnt give me information I just feel he could have been a little more helpful. This is was very disappointing and I cant say this has ever happened.

Pros:

My floor was quiet. Staff was superb. Fitness room was clean.

Cons:

Carpet shampooed more often. although there were no stains. Looked worn.

Pros:

Great hotel, comfy beds. Wish there was fresh coffee all the time.
very expensive breakfast. We try to stay at places with free breakfast because we don’t eat much. $13 for a minimal breakfast buffet is a bit steep.

There was a softball tournament in town and we were given a room with the team on either side of us and they were definitely a little loud as I knew kids would be.
