Location location location!
Stunning views of the lake
Very good breakfast
Would definitely recommend.
Slightly rushed breakfast delivery.
Hadn’t finished cereal etc and hot food arrived.
Suspect staff were under pressure as hotel seemed busy .
The hotel and location is truly amazing , the food is to a very high standard loved dinner and breakfast, the staff are very welcoming with excellent customer service, I can't wait to go back
There is nothing to dislike
The hot breakfast on both days was only just warm
The most beautiful location and views you could possibly imagine
Garden view room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Nice view of Lake Vyrnwy from bar, breakfast room and terrace. My motorcycle was parked securely in the large car park FOC. The Welsh breakfast was very good quality and plentiful. WiFi works well in all areas including 2nd floor bedroom. Kettle in room with good selection of tea, coffee and biscuits also free bottled water. Bar prices are reasonable, enjoyed the Welsh single malt whiskey. Friendly and helpful staff, especially breakfast service.
Hotel bar is cashless. Pillows could be better.
Restaurant has greatly improved, food was delicious. Great friendly staff and of course the priceless view
Location, staff, food
The room decor could be of higher quality but overall was fine
The hotel is really quite grand in some ways an insight into times gone by. However it manages to be friendly and informal.
The tapas lunch options were neither inviting or tasty.
Everything as usual
Nothing it’s amazing
View, food and staff we excellent
The views are spectacular and so picturesque. Food was good. Breakfast especially nice
The hotel was a little tired and needed some TLC however, this didn't detract from our stay. Was still lovely.
Food, welcome, Welsh speaking service, space for dogs.
