Unclean. Unflushed toilet. Tv cable unconnected. Floors sticky. Sink Drain stuck closed. Dirty handtowel.smudges on wall near light switch.Hallway unvaccumed. Front desk unattended all but one visit downstairs.

Pros:

breakfast was ok (not great), cleanliness was lacking!

Cons:

Wash cloth was worn out, 1 wash cloth 2 towels and 1bath mat for 2 people. Grout in bath area needs cleaning!!!!

Pros:

Had king room. Very spacious!

Cons:

Went there because of indoor heated pool. Our anniversary and wanted to swim in December. Pool Closed. Advertise indoor heated pool and swim lessons!? Room had "dirt" on floor lamp. Door in from parking lot has sign giest key needed to get in. NOPE. Door not closed/locked.
