Perfectly serviceable hotel Very Friendly Staff
Pros:

Clean and comfortable room, very friendly staff. Area is a little noisy from nearby train tracks and traffic. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Pros:

Me and my husband loved it was right in the middle of town so everything we needed was right there

Cons:

Our bathroom didn’t have a light,and it smelt a little funky,the a/c don’t really blew a lot of cold air but it was enough to keep it cool

Need to upgrade housekeeping
Pros:

The room had the air on and the environmental was nice and quiet. The tv didn’t work and the bed had hair under the cover. We switched rooms to have the same two thing’s wrong. Cleanliness really needs to be addressed.

Not worth the money
Pros:

This place is worth about $60 a night. Just in disrepair and not clean. The toilet had excrement stuck to the inside of it

This was the only option in town available to us at the time of booking, and I'm not sure if we would stay here again. We booked a non-smoking room but it smelled like weed & cigarettes throughout the stay. To their credit, the person at the front desk was very helpful and offered to put in a commercial air filter in the room - it just didn't have enough impact. I don't know why hotels/motels allow smoking indoors at all, and of course people break rules all the time too. I won't be taking any chances on any place that allows smoking at all in the future. My breathing machine still smells like smoke after I cleaned it when we got home. The other issue was housekeeping - not enough towels, no toilet paper, urine on the toilet, shampoo/soap dispenser out in shower, no hand soap provided. These are not luxury items when I'm paying $100+/night. Again, the saving grace was the helpfulness is the front desk person (daytime) - she was understanding and friendly about everything.

Left with my service dog and went 1 hour out to rest my head. Booking did a terrible job.

Was told that the breakfast was not bad

Cons:

That after 15 hours of driving that I couldn’t rested my head .

Decent room at a decent price with breakfast needing an upgrade.
Pros:

Breakfast is lacking. Need bottles of milk and better juice. Maybe add waffles. Location okay.

I liked the attitudes of front dest agency in response to my complaints

Cons:

The TV and phone was unplugged and/or the wiring was complicated, so I had to walk to the front office three times. The carpet was dirty and even though it was a smoking room, it reaked of smoke. There was no iron, no kleenex and the toilet tissue was empty. The toilet seat area was dirty and the toilet seat was broken. I had a do not disturb sign displayed and the cleaning person still went into the room. UGHHH!
