It wasn’t what I expected
Pros:

Kids enjoyed breakfast

Cons:

It was really outdated, my room wasn’t the cleanest, I had no towels in the room but the one I had hanging by a sink & that looked used.

Cons:

Hot tub wasn't working and wasn't notified before my stay. We stay twice a year a year just for the hot tub and pool. Also there was a kids birthday party at the pool with lots of kids and they used up all the towels and there was no clean towels for anyone else

Don't think I will be back.
Pros:

The location was convenient to my aunt's home. The staff who served breakfast was very nice.

Cons:

The hotel was tired and not very clean. I told the staff that our thermostat did not work. They sent someone to fix it who left a note saying it was repaired. It was not. The system kept shutting off or jumping to 72. Also, the safe did not work. Don't think I will be staying here again.

Pros:

Breakfast was ok. Eggs somewhat dry, Orange Juice needed mixing

Cons:

The handles on the tub/shower are very loose about to fall off. No ice bucket in room.

The stay was good.

The breakfast was good . The stay way was good.

Cons:

I book the room and the hotel don’t take chime cards. I still got charge on my chime card for $ 495.00 dollars and had to used another card.

Overcharged for parking - didn’t make it right
Pros:

This place charges you to park on their surface lot. It’s in a sketchy neighborhood and there are multiple signs that theft, vandalism, etc is not their responsibility. If you have to charge me, at least provide some security. These folks double charged me for this parking and didn’t make it right. Lazy or incompetent. The breakfast was good. The place was run down but of course charges full freight.
