Pros:

The staff is very nice and friendly. Wifi easy to access, bed comfortable.

Cons:

This was one of the loudest places I have ever stayed. The doors next to me slammed every 2mins on both sides there was zero quiet enjoyment. Bathroom needed some remodeling, no soap to wash your hands, no trashcan in the bathroom. Kids were screaming and running up and down the halls for 2-3 hours.

Roll the dice
Pros:

The location was pretty central to the activities we had booked, so that was good. I like being able to choose my room. The staff were really kind. My children were able to feed the koi fish with the provided food. Check in was made easy.

Cons:

Unexpectedly, the pool was closed to clean for a “private” party (this was found out after spotting guests in the pool). I had never heard of a hotel renting out just the pool. The teens who were a part of that party were running around on every floor, sitting in the hallways blocking paths, cussing, etc. This made for a really noisy night for me and my littles.

The linen was not clean. There was still hair in the shower from the previous.

Lastly, Ruth’s Chris is very small, which made for a long wait and so i left. They also do not take reservations because it is so small.

Ok but was disturbed by young kids that were running around and police was present.
Pros:

Breakfast was fair, almost didn't get it went late and staff said they don't have late hours during the week. Wasn't aware. Omelet was awesome

Cons:

Didn't have towels requested several times and left and has to shower at home, very unacceptable and I did advise the staff. She did advise housekeeping.
