Excellent location and easy access. Staff extremely nice, helpful and accommodating. Nice, calming environment, happy hour, and great breakfast.

Cons:

Cleanliness and old smell of shared areas, lobby, floors and hallways leading to room needed vacum. Outside views of hotel need upgrade to curb appeal.

Check-in was a quick process. We were met with such great customer service. Everyone was so nice.
Pros:

It was convenient, but one of the benefits was incuded breakfast which was not a great experience. Food was undercooked

We loved the stay and the breakfast. The chef there was very friendly!
Pros:

My kids loved getting to feed the fish. Very convenient location.

Cons:

How muggy it’s felt on the inside. The desk staff seemed to be annoyed with everything.

Pros:

Breakfast was good

Cons:

We booked two rooms. Went to pool and it was closed. We booked there just for the pool. I would have stayed somewhere else cheaper. One of the rooms had mold in bathroom. The hotel needs to be cleaner. The doors in lobby where so dirty and floors needed mopping .

Pros:

The whole set up is nice! Staff was very friendly. It's was very clean. The room set up was great. Great hospitality.

Cons:

We plumbing issues with toilet not flushing. And the pool was way over crowed and children un supervised. Which made less fun for my family.
