Won’t stay there again
Pros:

It had a lot of amenities. The rooms were nice. Location was convenient.

Cons:

Things were falling apart, we got stuck in the elevator. The made to order breakfast was not made to order. They had no bacon. Best part a ton of cops running through the lobby to catch a suspect! Fun times🙄Very ghetto vibes

Practical and very american
Pros:

Practical option near airport. Hotel shuttle. Comfortable but strange disposition. I am not sure anybody would use this kind of table. Pool is not tempting to enter. Breakfast is very good.

Cons:

Dinner was not good one day but other day it was tasteful.

Pros:

I made this reservation for family members who will be attending an event in the South Bay. They need an overnight stay near SFO before their flight the following morning. The free airport shuttle is a big help for us.

Never Fails
Pros:

Embassy Suites never disappoints. Everything is always clean, comfortable and priced reasonably. Located just close enough to the airport to make transfer easy but far enough away that no airplanes were heard. Great breakfast.

Pros:

The room was absolutely incredible! Spacious and clean so much room. I definitely would recommend to stay there to my family and friends and I certainly will be back!

Cons:

The front entrance is small once you arrive and if others are arriving at the same time not enough parking space.

Overnight before an international flight, it was nice and quiet and there were, pleasantly, not many children.

Cons:

Parking was $45 plus tax so $51.30 after all is said and done. They also charged a 125.00 deposit which is still not refunded. The staff didn’t explain that the buttons in the elevator don’t work without your key card so after a long drive with a toddler the elevator ride just added to my irritation.

Fun and a great experience first time in San Francisco
Pros:

I liked about this property was that it was indoors the kids got to swim in the swimming pool the free breakfast the gym the staff was amazing and the communication through text and front desk was great

Cons:

What I didn’t like about the property was that there wasn’t much seating for breakfast but other than that, the place is amazing
