Embassy Suites by Hilton San Francisco Airport Oyster Point

One of the nicest and cleanest hotels we've stayed at! Atmosphere is calming, decor is updated, breakfast is excellent, the 5 staff members I've interacted with were incredibly kind and helpful, and thank you to Justin for assisting with my reservation via chat as well as the rest of the evening staff on 4/9 for making our life less stressful!

Everything for our stay here was as advertised and excellent. All staff were friendly and responsive to our needs.Free hot breakfast is a definite perk, with anything you could possibly want for a traditional breakfast. Rooms clean and comfortable and noise level minimal. Free shuttle to airport a plus! Would definitely stay here again if ever in area!

Maeko was incredibly helpful at check-in when I had a difficult time with problem-solving an issue, he went above and beyond and is the definition of hospitality. It was also very nice to come to my room every day to everything being picked up and very well made by Chung Ling. And also have to mention, the amazing breakfast in the morning that is hot and made to order. I was not expecting to have a full course meal for my whole family. It was a great stay overall.

Stayed here for 1 night, in a Studio Suite as was just myself. Floor to ceiling windows in the room and the bathroom were amazing, let in so much light. Don't worry, there are primary shades in the bathroom. Strong AC for those of us that need freezing cold rooms every night of the year. Was on the top floor and did take longer than expected to get hot water in the shower but once it was there, it was hot. Updated, clean, friendly staff, and as always a reliable breakfast. Hard to go wrong with an Embassy Suites.

The staff and service is excellent.

The staff was amazing. They were super nice and sweet. I accidentally mixed up my reservations and arrived on the wrong day, but they were able to accommodate my reservation and fix the days and I was able to check in. Once we got settled in our room the toilet wasn’t working, but they were quick to figure out a solution. They had maintenance come out to look at it, but it was unable to be fixed. So they switched our rooms for us no problem. Super accommodating and friendly staff.

Buffet breakfast...simply exceptional!

This was our first time at this hotel, but won’t be the last. The hotel staff was welcoming and caring throughout the stay. The public areas were bright and clean. The room was very comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. We had a small issue in our room that was taken care of quickly by Alfred, who we could tell enjoyed his job.

Wonderful manager the evening of Tuesday, April 6th. We had an issue where our room smelled like an old refrigerator and told her; she immediately moved us and also was kind enough to provide some benefits as well. The whole process cost only a few minutes and was very kind and pleasant. I wish all hotels were like this!

Mai is fantastic. The bar was short-staffed and she was attentive to all and ensuring that everyone was being addressed or served.

After a horrible VRBO experience that left our family of 6 stranded in SF on the other side of the country from home, Maeko listened to my story and helped us find a room that would accommodate our whole family for the remainder of our vacation. We were on the verge of throwing in the towel and booking new tickets back home before he helped. He saved spring break 2026. The room was great, the kids loved the pool, and as a mom, waking up to good breakfast already made each day was icing on the cake. Definitely recommend this team and hotel!

Everything, breakfast was exceptional, safety - good area. Parking and pet charges were too much. Staff was great and friendly, and keeping room clean was super.

Hotel was very family friendly. Breakfast was nice. Hotel staff was friendly and personable. Had some issues with the parking, and staff addressed it promptly without hesitation!
