I had a wonderful experience staying at Embassy Suites by Hilton San Francisco Airport Oyster Point. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their friendly attitudes and exceptional customer service. Everyone I encountered was professional, attentive, and genuinely eager to make my stay enjoyable.
The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated having a separate living area, which made it feel more like a home away from home. The beds were cozy, and the room was quiet, allowing for a restful night’s sleep.
The complimentary breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay. There was a great variety of fresh options, and the made-to-order omelets were absolutely delicious. The evening reception was another nice touch and added to the overall value of the experience.
The location was perfect—close to the airport with beautiful views of the bay, yet peaceful and relaxing. The hotel shuttle service was convenient and made transportation stress-free.
I truly enjoyed every aspect of my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the San Francisco area. Thank you to the entire team at Embassy Suites for making my visit memorable. I look forward to staying here again! I especially want to thank Carla for assisting me throughout my stay guy and for being so incredibly sweet, kind, and helpful. Building is slightly tired (old) but updates have been done to keep up. Not bad but not excellent. About as good as it gets close to SFO without paying the massive premium for the Grand Hyatt. On the shoulder season you may need thr aircon tech to come and make some adjustments to get your room HVAC on cold/hot mode. Sound proofing on SFO facing rooms would be a good idea (hear thr louder planes at night)

Great room, so friendly, whole hotel just had a nice feel to it. Very welcoming. Great location, just outside the airport area with direct shuttle to the terminals.
This hotel has a great friendly team. Bianca was wonder at Taste - I appreciate her suggestions and had a great first night of business travel dinner - and that’s always a great thing !
The entire experience was a 10/10. The value was excellent and you can tell everyone genuinely took pride in the hotel. Everything was clean and the breakfast was delicious. The front desk attendant named Fou was amazing. Greeted us like family and made sure we had everything we needed.
Trevor at the front desk was amazing for what he did for me. He accommodated us very well when we needed his help. He was very professional and helpful. Thank You Trevor!
Everything was bad.
We came from Texas and had a bereavement leave to attend my brothers funeral and my sister-in-law had major surgery and we assisted her to her scheduled surgery and doctors appointment. We came from red eye flight and we were at san francisco at around 1am. We called at 3am to see if early check is possible and the rude lady who answered the phone said no, we have to pay.
So we slept at the airport until 6am and went to embassy suite, two ladies at the front desk at that time were miss Yolanda " who apparently has been in the SERVICE industry for 30 years" and the short lesbian white lady . We showed Yolanda our reservation and asked if we could check in early and she told us we can not check in until 2pm. She told us we have to pay for the whole night stay if we want to check in early that time. The reason why we are trying is because we have a positive experience with Hilton hotel in Anaheim before , and at the time they offered us to check in at 6am with no questions asked and no problem/issues.
When we asked miss yolanda about the breakfast- on the times and how you serve the customer. They sternly mentioned that if we want to have breakfast we should pay $20 per person since our check in time will not be till 4pm.I then asked if it would be ok for us to walk around the dining area since they just did renervations. The front desk ladies said sure, so I started walking but my wife sat dowm on the corner. Both of these front desk ladies started following me around as if i will sneak in to get free breakfast. My wife saw both these ladies eyeing and following me from the corner where she was sitting.
So disappointing treating us like we are going to rob /steal. Its extremely disgusting, disrespectful and appaling. I wonder how they treat other clients or customers. Because if they were able to treat us like so, they are doing it to other customers too...

Das Restaurant schließt bereits um 21 Uhr. Für ein Hotel dass am Flughafen liegt und daher auch von spät Anreisenden genutzt wird, sehr unpraktisch.
