Very disappointed in the lack of addressing or at least acknowledging our concern. The man that brought our unexpected

Beautiful grounds. Front staff extremely helpful

Cons:

The sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable. We had our son with us and he had to sleep on the ground. We brought it up to counter staff in the morning. Late night a very rude employee knocked on our door and just handed our son extra blankets and a pillow very bluntly then walked away!

Great location!
Pros:

Great location next to San Francisco Bay. Rooms are very quiet and even though our room overlooked the airport, we didn’t hear any noise. The property is also pet friendly.

extremely difficult to work with. booking.com completely lied about being able to book the room for my fiance and I wouldnt need to be there at check in.

Worst hotel room
Pros:

There were bed bugs in our hotel room. We were bitten throughout the night, barely slept, and woke up covered in painful bites. We immediately reported the issue to the front desk, and they moved us to another room, but that did not make up for what we experienced.

The hotel told us they would respond within 72 hours, but it has now been well over 72 hours and we have received no follow-up. We are also worried about bringing bed bugs home, which has caused us additional stress.

The lack of communication and concern after such a serious issue was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here, and I hope the hotel addresses this problem before other guests have the same experience.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel, atrium is equally as nice. Rooms were huge and clean.
View of bay and sunsets and airport was a nice bonus. Little tap room bar was also nice.

The bed was small.

Great location but for the price was not comfortable.
Pros:

Very close to the airport. Lobby is beautiful and staff were very nice.

Cons:

Beds were very uncomfortable and small. pillows were flat. Room temperature was hot and did not cool down even with thermostat manipulation.

Pros:

What has happened to this Embassy Suites? Although there were signs pointing to a business center, no business center anymore. Wi-Fi was sluggish and didn't load for three hours after we got there. Staff was nice, but sparse. Room furniture was shabby and worn. We're going somewhere else next time after always staying here during layove
