From the exterior view I was expecting a typical boxy hotel but it has a huge atrium built around the rooms. It was just a pleasure to be there. In the atrium were served the breakfast and complimentary drinks. (We should have stayed every afternoon for the drinks 5-6:30 pm!) The rooms were suites with spacious bathrooms. Great breakfast variety and order counter.
Parking fees and the asked amount. Very annoying.
The overall experience was great. We enjoyed the property, location and laid back atmosphere. The WiFi was exceptional, what every business traveler hotel should provide. The bed in our particular room was underwhelming, felling as if the mattress is need of replacing. Coworkers who I traveled with indicated their beds were acceptable. On night two of our stay, we requested an extra blanket for our room. We were told it would be right up. However, it never arrived. The breakfast was thoughtful but bland. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and responsive despite never having deliver that extra blanket. We enjoyed the complimentary drink tickets.
Comfortable mattress, a bathroom light that can be turned on without the exhaust fan having to run. Elevated breakfast options, and of course having our requested blanket delivered. :)

Very nice room and a great view and lots of amenities. The free breakfast is awesome, with so many choices. The location is ideal with a great view of the Bay and walking distance to several restaurants nearby. The paved path along the Bay was very nice to spend time on.
Staying at this fine hotel is much less expensive than lesser hotels we've stayed at. Excellent value.
The service at the in house restaurant, is AWFUL. On two occasions, we waited forever to get anyone's attention and then waited forever to get food. The food, once gotten, is very good.
There is no one to help move your luggage. They provide a cart, but you have to move it yourself.
There is no TV guide, so plan on randomly flipping channels to find something.
The breakfast was nice
Our initial room smelled horrible like mildew and the carpet was wet near the king bed. Switched rooms and it was better. It took several hours to get towels on our second night because the room hadn’t been clean. We were left a note that they were too busy and couldn’t clean. At night time there was a crowd outside and they were yelling and talking extremely loud and yelling at early hours of the morning. It was very frustrating as they woke up my kids.
Restaurant on site was very expensive and food was not good

On the top so I could get. a view with a view of the bay as the planes come in …but I know I have to request that
