Great location and everything you’d need for your stay
Could have used a microwave in my room but besides that everything was perfect
Place
Lobby and parking
Room size with the separate living room area.
Having to take 2 elevators to get to my room and waiting for elevators when the show got out.
Room
Dirty store and windows, street with tons of garbage right in front of the hotel
The room was big. Had two TVs and a nice bathroom. We rarely saw other people during our stay
Only one of the two TVs works properly. The beds were uncomfortable, woke up with sore backs, they were also doing construction which I was NOT made away of so we barely slept
Loved the pool and staff, hot tub was glorious. And it was nice to have it all to myself on a Tuesday afternoon
I did find a piece of dog food on the floor and some dog hair. Not a worry, just maybe a pet vacuum could be handy. May i suggest a shark pet. I own a cleaning business.
The location was perfect for us, friendly staff, very clean room, and great breakfast.
Location to the Armory was great.
Breakfast was complimentary but scarce. Food was not promptly replaced. Missed out on a few options, had to settle for fruit and cold bagels.
Cozy clean rooms. Walking distance to the armory.
Pillows were thin.
Walking distance from everything we needed.
Parking has two ramps on for hotel then general went to the wrong lot. Ended up having to pay 20$ for 20 mins of parking. Also was never notified of construction. Before hand, Little upsetting
Enjoyed how it had anything we may need.
Hot tub wasn’t that hot and shower pressure wasn’t great.
The location was great, the room was amazing, and the staff were so helpful and nice.
The beds (like most hotels) were hard as the floor and bouncy. The bathroom door was off-putting to our party because it was opaque and semi-transparent. All of the food I had at breakfast was cold, not sure if the warmers were on or not.
I didn't have breakfast
