Everything! We got a big two rooms suite and it was incredible. The suite was so nice, the view as well and it was so nice to be able to spend time with family all together in the same room. It’s so hard to find an hotel like that with big suites able to host so many people. Breakfast was very good too and the parking ramp is connected to the hotel so it’s really easy to get there. I really love and enjoyed my stay, I will definitely go back! Also the staff was super nice and friendly!
I wish they had gluten free bread or beagle at breakfast
Location, cleanliness, the staff were very friendly and made check in and out smooth and the view from our room was spectacular we will be back in the near future
Not one bad experience was an all around good experience
Bar and pool
Room was to cold
Location was great for us. The suite upgrade very much appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable.
The temperature in the room did not stay consistent.
This hotel was very clean and I felt secure and safe staying here. The rooms are huge and furnishings are appropriate. Breakfast was excellent. We were disappointed that the pool is now closed. Location is great on the skywalk, but there definitely could be much better signage in the skywalk system. Staff were professional and kind. I would recommend to all.
Everything! Location, price, big rooms, breakfast, friendly staff.
The staff at the front desk and bar were friendly. No issues with the staff.
I always book a hotel with a pool and hot tub. I booked the Hyatt for that reason plus it was downtown. At no time (I checked) did I receive information that the pool/ hot tub was closed permanently. Disappointed when we show up and find out that way.
Beautiful
Police sirens all night long
It was nice locations.
Not worth the money. And parking is crazy price 20 no matter how long had to pay everytime you left.
Great location and everything you’d need for your stay
Could have used a microwave in my room but besides that everything was perfect

Lobby and parking
Room size with the separate living room area.
Having to take 2 elevators to get to my room and waiting for elevators when the show got out.
Stayed here to go to a concert at the Armory. It is walking distance so very convenient. Hotel was clean, hot tub was working, front desk staff was very helpful. Nice little happy hour at the hotel bar. Everything looked clean and well kept to us!
Their was no air conditioning in the room. It says it uses natural cooling from Nov-April and it was warm in our room. It was 65 in the room when we arrived, all we could do was turn on the fan. It was 70 by the time we went to bed the first night and didn't cool down during the night. Got better of course when we were not in the room. Cooled down to 68 during the day but it was cooler that day, but was back up to 70 by the time we went to sleep and we did not sleep well due too it being so hot. With no air also the day time did get a bit warmer so it was almost a bit humid. Cooler in the hallways then in our room.
The hot tub was also cold. The breakfast on the first morning was not fresh and not replaced once items were out and we came to breakfast a little before nine and breakfast was open until 10. the next day it was a little better stocked at the same time but the same food as the day before.
Front desk staff were very nice though.
Only one of the two TVs worked properly. The beds were uncomfortable. And there was construction on the hotel I was not notified about so we had poor sleeps
