Love how convenient it is to music and sports venues.
The noise from the commons area echoed up and could be heard through the door.
Good location and very nice
Not sure what was going on, there were some portable air conditioning units and it got a little warm a few times.
James at the desk was incredibly patient and helpful. I arrived at 8:30p., and my booking.com reservation wasnt showing up in the system. It took him an hour and multiple calls to resolve the issue, and he was so nice the whole time. Comped my dinner and made sure I had a room with a view, too. Also appreciated that the hotel was in the same building as a great little corner store. Very helpful for hydration and snacks as I was in town during a hot and humid part of the summer.
I was in 2 different rooms during my stay, in an effort to find a room that didn't smell like a somewhat recent smoking room. Never could find a room that didn't smell of it. So, maybe it's just the smell of the whole building? But the common areas like lobby, restaurant, etc., didn't smell that way.
Location, access to good dining, and props to the gentleman working the bar and menu solo! Kept his smile and cool when he could easily have become impatient, he deserves a raise!
Parking was sketchy, trash bins were overflowing everywhere and beds were awful
Close to where the venue we were attending. The hotel is very clean and rooms are very big and comfortable
The parking and that you have to pay to park at the hotel.
I liked the staff, the room, the breakfast.
The parking was confusing, the elevators were confusing.
Very clean and the front desk people were very nice and greeted with smiles all the time.
The air was out in the lobby
I loved how the facility was constructed - loved that when walking to room, the middle part was open and made me feel safer. I also liked how there were cameras outside and in elevators that made me feel safer.
Honestly, not much! Only complaint was water pressure in shower was low and tub was a little slippery (actually fell, not a big deal).
Loved it. Definitely coming back again
I loved how I was high in the sky
The skywalk access to the stadium.
The air conditioning was not working in our room. VERY hot.
Nice hotel in downtown with good view , overall stay was pleasant , good breakfast and view from room was amazing , i would recommed staying in this hotel
