The front desk person was super busy the whole time I saw him and he was still professional and kind. He made sure to greet everyone and to wish everyone a good night as they were leaving. The treadmills are also nice.
We were sad that the pool is permanently closed.
Easy parking. Skywalker to stadium
Front desk staff was very polite!
Pool out of order! Bar prices were to high for your guest!!!
Secure and close to US Bank Stadium. The skywalk is a bonus if it is left open before and after the event!

Good hotel. Great breakfast. Great location. Great staff.
Hotel elevator is very sensitive and scary
The hotel and location were great. Customer service was amazing and the breakfast was yummy 😋
Everything was great.
Room.was clean as always. Booked a king, got 2 queens.
Pool was closed permanently, what the heck?
Convent for concerts
Seriously understaff
Clean, room was a good size.. staff was friendly
No microwave in the room
In town for a concert at The Armory- excellent location. Spacious room.
The bathroom door is frosted sliding glass. This is not ideal for people sharing a living space for a few days. Helpful hint- request extra blankets and cover the door.
We had a mixed experience overall. When we arrived, our king room wasn’t available, and we were given a room with two double beds instead. Staff offered to “comp” breakfast for the inconvenience, but we later learned breakfast is already included for all guests, which felt misleading.
The pool is also permanently closed, which should be updated on the hotel’s website.
The entrance setup is a bit confusing. You enter from the street into one lobby, then take an elevator to reach the main hotel lobby. Not a major issue, but not very intuitive for first-time guests.
That said, the room itself was clean and comfortable, which made the stay more enjoyable. There is also ample economy parking available nearby.
The surrounding area is fairly quiet, with limited options for restaurants and bars. There is a nearby homeless shelter, though most individuals kept to themselves and it didn’t impact our stay.
With more transparent communication and updated information, this could be a much smoother experience.
False advertising that you had a pool/ hot tub. One of the main reason why we booked this place. Arrived and found out that it is permanently closed.
I had the most gorgeous view of the skyway from my room. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect; you can take long walks with the small streets. Breakfast was included which was perfect.
I loved how there was a convenience store on the street level of hotel where you could buy healthy snacks or regular snacks.
Elevators were confusing. One set for rooms and the other to get out.
