Very nice & kind, pleasant experience & comfortable transportation was always available to be picked up & also made it on time to each site in a timely manner. Made our stay at family garden inn & suites as reliable as possible so thanks you guys❤️
It was nice we have rented here always here but unfortunately we no longer will bother with unprofessionalism.
Well the lights went out due to the the electrical box exploding (words from the receptionist mouth) so I had turned in my key and requested my money back if can or if anything requesting a new stay or another day. Unfortunately I was told to call Monday. I did no answer or call back from the manger yet my wife was the one to call and request to speak to a manager and how unprofessional they are being not to return a phone call. With that being the manger called back and out of retaliation she was saying nothing can be done no money back because the owner said no and yet not cooperating with me on giving me the owner number to speak to him and see what can we work out like I said money back or to be set for another day stay since I had turn in my key due to the lights being out only in the hotel because every other place had light. Sadly I told the manger I will dispute the transaction she threatening me with suing or taking me to court that her words (the owner will) yet she was very unprofessional that manger. Actions should be taken against her sadly you shouldn’t threaten customers out of retaliation. And yes retaliation because my wife did speak to a female receptionist and she made it clear of how unprofessional they and management is being not calling or responding back. Yet sadly she actually the manger called because of what was said aggressively, uncooperative with the owners number, and threatening me that the owner will take me to court.

I recently stayed at a hotel that left a very positive impression overall. From the moment I arrived, everything was spotless and well-maintained. The rooms were exceptionally clean, with fresh linens and a tidy environment that made me feel comfortable straight away. The beds were perfect – soft yet supportive – ensuring I had a restful night’s sleep.
The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was a bit slow at times. While it worked for light browsing, streaming or video calls were a little unreliable. Despite this minor issue, the overall experience was very nice, and the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel made it a highly enjoyable stay.

Comfort of room, but I have stayed here prior, main reason why I chose this facility.
This time, I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom and bedspread on bed. Bathroom had no toilet paper holder at all. Bedspread had blood on it, even though it was just a little spec, still not acceptable.
I stayed at the family Garden inn Bella was wonderful and outgoing , Bella made the experience i had at the comfortable and peaceful garden in 100x better with her kindness . Thank you
The vibe of the place was very good.
I saw a few roaches but nothing too bad. I would definitely stay again.
