Solo no me gusto que me toco en el area nueva y el clima no jalaba bien casi no enfriaba ; siempre me he quedado ahi frente ala alberca y los climas funcionan muy bien ;tambien a tele nunca jalo y el teléfono tampoco funcionaba

It was the most horrible hotel experience that have ever had in my life.
Cons:

No breakfast. They put me in a dissability room that had no chair or desk or any mode of comfort except the bed. It was a gray room with No pictures on the walls. I am NOT disabled. I would feel very bad for a disabled person paying for that room. There was no internet that worked. The front desk staff were not helpful with anything. They would not change me room or accomodate me with a refund.
I have stayed in motels and hotels all over the US and in other countries. This room was so, so bad and so were the staff at the front desk.

For a comfortable stay at a Great price it's the Family Garden Inn
Pros:

Excellent location next to highway but is very quiet. Road noise is almost totally absent. Close to Mall del Norte, stores and restaurants. Walking distance (8-10 minutes) from a Walmart, Golden Corral and a Texas Roadhouse.l. Check in was efficient and very pleasant. Rooms are spacious with large screen TVs with 100+ channels, microwave and small refrigerator. Rooms have always been immaculately clean. Rooms in the area next to the pool have an easy chair and a table for writing or eating while rooms in the garden building do not have the table or chairs. Free breakfast is included with a choice of cereals, fruits and juices. Of special note Connie will cook up 2 freshly made waffles that are hot and absolutely delicious. The breakfast area seats about 12-15 people and is kept very clean. Connie is very friendly and helpful as are the wonderful people staffing the reception area. An evening happy hour offers a couple of free beers and some popcorn. Also available are burgers or steaks at an additional cost. Free coffee is available inext to the reception area. All of this for a very reasonable price. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels throughout the USA and the Family Garden Inn rates in the top 10. For a great and reasonably priced stay in Laredo strongly consider the Family Garden Inn.
