I personally don’t recommend this particular Quality Inn, however you get what you pay for

The balcony was just about the only thing I liked.

Cons:

The location, parking, dated air conditioning, felt like 100* in room. The shower and toilet have a door leaving you little to no space to move around. The fridge would either run warm or freeze over and leaked water. Area felt unsafe at night.

Cons:

Had problems with the door locking me out of the room and did not have a do not disturb door hanger. The door lock situation was fixed however I asked 2 different staff members for a door hanger and never received one.

Great location, weak AC in my room, good view

Great location! Very close down town. Bed was comfy, nice view from my windows

Cons:

My AC was berly working!!!! I set up to 65 and room was hot. Took hours to cool off. Outside was a bit dirty..needed swip and mop. Stairway was full of dead bugs

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

that the room had a working a/c

Cons:

the bedding was dirty as in stained and had burn marks from cigarettes, the phone didn't work, the room smelled strongly of cigarettes. There was trash stashed behind furniture. We had people trying to break into our room in the middle of the night. hated this hotel and wanted a full refund and booking.com hasn't been able to help me.

A bang for the buck
Pros:

My wife and I were in town for one night for a concert in Eustis, the property was well maintained the staff was amazing, the rooms are dated but for the price it exceeded my expectations. My wife and I were really happy the pool was open late so we were able to enjoy a dip in the pool after the concert. And the water view from the room was amazing. WE WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE STAYING HERE AGAIN.
