I didn’t like the property.

Cons:

First of all, there were only two bars of soap in the room and a couple towels. There was no blow dryer., no sundries, no shampoo, no lotion, no conditioner, etc. There was no Kleenex there was no coffee pot. It was very generic. I had to call for the blow dryer and the man told me that there was nobody to bring it up to me. So, I had to put my clothes on and come down and get it. And when we asked about the discount, the man upfront argued with us. It was far too expensive for what we got. I will never return.

Pros:

It was close to where I was working for the day but it was also the only option under $200

Cons:

There were kids running back and forth of the bottom and top floors and screaming/yelling. From 9:30pm until almost 11pm

Great choice.
Pros:

I chose this hotel for a weekend getaway because it was reasonably priced. While it doesn’t have the luxury feel of a five-star hotel, all the staff were very pleasant, and I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Place is old and worn. Needs to be worked on.
Pros:

Place was clean, just needed maintenance

Cons:

Broken lamps, burned out bulbs, ill fitting faucets in bath, broken hair dryer, worn and torn drapes, stained walls.
Why bother with a breakfast if you cant at least try. Walked in and took a look and walked out.

Over all the stay here is a good value and I would stay here again if in the area.
Pros:

Check in and out was quick and easy. The front desk lady was friendly and efficient. My room was clean and the the bed was comfortable. The price was not ridiculous for what we got. The location worked for us to house hunt in the area near by.

Cons:

The outside of the hotel looks old and dated. The outdoor hallways are very slippery when wet. The breakfast was just ok. The waffles were good but a protein of some sort is much needed. Even if it is just prepackaged boiled eggs. An hour after the waffle with syrup and juice without an accompanying protein I got the sugar shakes! The coffee the first day was ok. The second day there were no knives to cut the waffle and the coffee tasted awful like chemicals or cleaner or something. Overall though....my stay was a good value for what I paid. The inside of my room was very adequate.

Left the hotel early in the morning, the office manager made sure my family and I were fed breakfast before open hours before we continue traveling. Thank you so much for caring for my family and me.

We asked for a refund on our last 4 nights and was able to get 3 night refund.
Pros:

Beautiful view over a pond. Plastic chairs in back to sit and drink coffee

Cons:

The carpet in our suite smelled bad and was sticky to the feet. Old furniture and decorations felt very old and outdated. Coffee maker didn’t work.
